From checkin to checkout, everything was great. Employees at the desk are full of smiles and efficient. The room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved having big windows that open. Great value for money, superb location near many bus lines and metro. Will definitely return on my next Lisbon trip.

I recently stayed at the ibis Lisbon and overall had a good experience, though there were a few drawbacks. The room was clean but quite small for the price we paid, which was a bit disappointing. It also lacked some basic amenities—there was no electric kettle or any way to prepare a hot drink in the room, which would have been appreciated. That said, the staff were excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay much more pleasant. With a few improvements to the room amenities, this could be an even better place to stay.

Overall this is my 2nd time at this hotel since I was there back in december 2023. The personnel is as per usual amazingly polite and ready for any service. Great location, central Lisbon, and close to any subway, walking tour, groceries etc. Tea and natas at reception as well as coffee is very good. However, I was not quite pleased with the breakfast. I mean I just got the porto basic ibis a few days ago, where breakfast was basically nothing. But here at Styles, as it was some kinda higher level of Ibis - it was expected to have a broader choice. Unfortunately it was very limited and the station with sweet stuff was bigger than vegetables and cheese... not good... not healthy... Second - the room. I had a room 914 which was open to courtyard and the noise of AC of either hotels or flats was drilling... This room has a problem in the shower as there is a leak at the bottom of the glass doors and every single time my tiles were wet. Please fix it. Also the noise isolation - i heard every single neighbour at every single room around taking the shower, speaking, using WC etc. - not welcoming.... Generally it was nice to be back but I am not sure if I take this hotel once more... sorry this time it failed my expectations and previous experience with you guys....
