The hotel was fine, if uninspired. The room was fine, the spaces were fine and the reception lady was lovely. However there was no effort to welcome a Platinum member, and the breakfast had no Portugese inspiration - cheese, fish, oil and tomatoes. All this stuff is local - and probably not hard to arrange. This place has a lot of potential, but it feels like the corporate masters have gotten their excel sheets and reports, but have forgotten who they are serving. Good luck.

I really enjoyed my stay. Ana and the team made my check-in process very smooth and allowed me to have access to my room before my check-in time. The room was pristine, with a welcome water and nutrition bar. The reception had complimentary water and pastel de nata, which were great perks! The team also offered luggage storage, which was well managed. Wifi was reliable as well, and the location was within walking distance of 3 metro stations, bus stations and a lovely green space. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Hotel and room typical of an IBIS styles. Breakfast varied and plentiful. 3 lifts therefore no lengthy waits. Our room was on the 11th floor with a balcony, a nice bonus for a city stay.

We like Lisbon and visit it at least once a year. After trying other hotels, this is the one to which we return. It is simple, comfortable, has almost all we need and serves an excellent breakfast. The staff are its greatest asset -cheerful, competent and ready to help in every way.

Our stay was,very pleasing. Comfortable bed, fridge in the room and a cettle. The bed was nice and comfotable. The breakfast had a wide range of choices fruit, cereals and cold meats, cheese and bread rolls. which means that we did put on a few kilo's.

Overall a good experience. Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Great location for getting quickly to anywhere in the city. A great Pizzeria next door - Mazuma. The only negative was the housekeeping - unfriendly, rude and the cleaning was poor with some areas completely missed.
