Room was nice and staff friendly. Negatives: - the card payment trick, when I chose to pay in EUR on the POS but I ended up charged in PLN with a 5% markup. You should not allow this to happen. At the very least, you should have your staff handhold customers when navigating the menu of this Portuguese POS trick. - I was in room 506 and I could hear everything from a nearby room, including the heavy breathing (not even snoring!) of a person sleeping there. The neighbours woke me up one night simply by talking. Either the wall is too thin or there is something wrong about the ventilation ducts or perhaps there was another reason but, again, I could hear literally everything.

From checkin to checkout, everything was great. Employees at the desk are full of smiles and efficient. The room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved having big windows that open. Great value for money, superb location near many bus lines and metro. Will definitely return on my next Lisbon trip.

I recently stayed at the ibis Lisbon and overall had a good experience, though there were a few drawbacks. The room was clean but quite small for the price we paid, which was a bit disappointing. It also lacked some basic amenities—there was no electric kettle or any way to prepare a hot drink in the room, which would have been appreciated. That said, the staff were excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay much more pleasant. With a few improvements to the room amenities, this could be an even better place to stay.
