We were given a top floor room with a balcony. Comfy bed, fridge, coffee machine with pods. The TV had some English channels. Very convenient for central Lisbon and right opposite the AIMA office, if that's the reason for your stay!

Pleasant staff, and given a quiet room. My only question is, "Why go to the bother of checking-in online and providing all passport details AND PAYMENT details, only to through the process again at the checkin counter and PAY again. I note that I have 2 payments for the same stay on my debit card.

I had a great stay in this hotel because of the location which is near to the metro and next to the park. I had a great interaction with the staff and the selection of breakfast is good; which is unlimited pastel de nata

Had a comfortable stay in our standard room, we liked the minimalistic feel of it, but don't get me wrong nothing was missing, even a tiny fridge. We asked for a quiet room which meant views on neighbors. Maybe next time we'll review our choice. Well located for many reasons such as acces to public transport (many options of buses and metro stations) and good restaurants. Buffet breakfast was fine, staff was sweet.

I was pleasantly surprise to receive an assortment of cakes on my birthday. That had truly made my stay very welcoming. The rooms were very clean, noise isolation was good, reception were friendly and extremely fast in checking me in and out. Breakfast were limited, but in general statisfactory. Overall I have a wonderful stay. If there is something the hotel can improve upon, are the shower water spilling on to the bathroom floor.

The hotel is well located. You can easily access to the public transport or experience with rental bicycles in few walks. The hotel is very clean and tiny. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Don’t forget free breakfast in the weekend or even charged breakfast in weekdays as it alway is delicious.

The hotel was fine, if uninspired. The room was fine, the spaces were fine and the reception lady was lovely. However there was no effort to welcome a Platinum member, and the breakfast had no Portugese inspiration - cheese, fish, oil and tomatoes. All this stuff is local - and probably not hard to arrange. This place has a lot of potential, but it feels like the corporate masters have gotten their excel sheets and reports, but have forgotten who they are serving. Good luck.

I really enjoyed my stay. Ana and the team made my check-in process very smooth and allowed me to have access to my room before my check-in time. The room was pristine, with a welcome water and nutrition bar. The reception had complimentary water and pastel de nata, which were great perks! The team also offered luggage storage, which was well managed. Wifi was reliable as well, and the location was within walking distance of 3 metro stations, bus stations and a lovely green space. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Hotel and room typical of an IBIS styles. Breakfast varied and plentiful. 3 lifts therefore no lengthy waits. Our room was on the 11th floor with a balcony, a nice bonus for a city stay.
