I am an Accor Gold member and have stayed at many ALL properties around the world. While I typically have excellent experiences, this hotel has made me never want to return. My family and I were having a meal at the restaurant while feeding our baby when a bald elderly staff member rudely approached us and asked us to leave the area. We were simply eating and caring for our child - something completely normal for any family. His attitude was dismissive, rude, and made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. This was one of the most humiliating experiences I've had at any hotel. To be treated this way while traveling with a baby is simply unacceptable, especially at an Accor property where I expected a certain standard of hospitality. I want to emphasize that the rest of the staff do not deserve a bad review - the reception team and other employees were professional and helpful. However, this one staff member's behavior was so unprofessional and offensive that it has completely ruined our stay. As an Accor Gold member, I expect better. I will not be returning to this hotel and will be sharing this experience in my review of ALL properties. Management needs to address this employee's behavior immediately, as he does not represent the values of hospitality that Accor claims to uphold.

Good hotel in a location you cannot beat. The rooms are ok and the breakfast is great, however there remains room for improvement - the layout is very confusing, breakfast staff not the friendliest :) and the fact that elevators work without a room card is, at least to me, a safety concern

The hotel itself is good and the breakfast quality is nice. The reception staff were helpful and welcoming. However, we had an extremely unpleasant experience with a bald elderly staff member at the restaurant that completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. While we were waiting for our food (which was significantly delayed), a family nearby was having a meal and feeding their baby. This staff member approached them and rudely asked them to leave the area. At first, I thought he was apologizing to us for our delayed order and the long wait, but I was shocked to realize he was actually telling this family they couldn't be there with their baby. His behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Someone with such poor customer service skills and lack of empathy should not be working in hospitality. The hotel would be much better without this employee. I hope management addresses this issue, as this kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect well on an otherwise decent establishment.
