The team gave my partner and I 5 stars experience from check-in till check-out time. Literally all team members we’ve met were attentive, friendly and hospitable. As a gay family, we loved the fact that everyone acted so respectful and kind towards us. We felt really safe and welcome and I firmly believe those a precious feelings to have when you’re away from home. The location is absolutely great. Easy to walk and to get all sorts of transport. Well served with shops, bars, restaurants. The view from our balcony was stunning. The room was very fresh, cosy and well cleaned. The pillows were very soft, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a stunning natural light. As a frequent traveler I can honestly say: this hotel is undoubtedly better than many 5 stars I’ve stayed. Big up to all the team, you guys made our stay in Lisbon a great experience and we can’t wait to be back in the summer.

No frills stay

Woowoo1986 TripAdvisor review

Stayed here for the second time following a previous stay in 2022. A basic no frills stay that did what it needed to do for a one night in Lisbon. Bathroom was very small, and room had a slight musty smell. Friendly staff on check out which was a complete contrast to check in when the member of staff was unfriendly and ignored me, which happened a number of times that afternoon. Good price, 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations, but unlikely to return again.

Excellent service from staff. I especially appreciated the birthday cake they placed in my room. Very helpful when I needed help booking a taxi. The bathroom was perfect. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro station Marques de Pombal. I used it only to get to other parts of the city, but I liked that the hotel wasn't bang in the centre of things. I liked the bar/restaurant area; good food, reasonably priced. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The wifi worked perfectly. I really don't have anything negative to say.
