I stayed two nights at a nice room with balcony. The room has a desk so that it was a great environment to work remotely. Staff was very friendly and breakfast for EUR 13 was good too. I like the location and will definitely come back.

From check in to check out, my experience at Ibis Styles (Duque de Loule) was excellent. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable, the restaurant was so convenient and the breakfast was very good. The location is convenient to everything but quieter than expected, and I appreciate that the street is not so much of a hill.

I booked this hotel without hesitation due to the "Ibis" name and brand, that I trusted. Only to find out all rooms have a shower that don't meet proper hotel standards and that I never encountered before. Instead of a basic handheld shower head and hose, the shower has only a top shower head that isn't even possible to angle. I don't consider this practical or hygienic. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Had this been brought to our attention during your stay, our reception team would have been more than happy to arrange an immediate room change to better suit your preferences. The team gave my partner and I 5 stars experience from check-in till check-out time. Literally all team members we’ve met were attentive, friendly and hospitable. As a gay family, we loved the fact that everyone acted so respectful and kind towards us. We felt really safe and welcome and I firmly believe those a precious feelings to have when you’re away from home. The location is absolutely great. Easy to walk and to get all sorts of transport. Well served with shops, bars, restaurants. The view from our balcony was stunning. The room was very fresh, cosy and well cleaned. The pillows were very soft, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a stunning natural light. As a frequent traveler I can honestly say: this hotel is undoubtedly better than many 5 stars I’ve stayed. Big up to all the team, you guys made our stay in Lisbon a great experience and we can’t wait to be back in the summer.
