Nice stay, hotel is in a good location and walkable into town. Great city and a good base to explore from. The balcony was a nice addition to help relax in the evening.

Nice Crew and room and breakfast. Minus: only two towels after room service. Problems with shower (water was staying in it).

My only issue was the flooring in the room. It stained my feet. I then realised why slippers were placed on the bed. It would have been nice to be told why the slippers are there.

I arrived to be informed due to maintenance, I had been downgraded from a double room with balcony to a twin room without balcony. I wasn't offered any form of compensation for the change in room type either. The hotel was okay for 1 night, but I wouldn't want to stay there for much more than that. Breakfast & restaurant was nice, although the room was basic and not somewhere I'd look to book again in future. nothing in particular wrong, just not all that great.
