Check in was rocky, my room card didnt work so had to lumber back down with cases to get a new card. my friend want to her room and there was some one already in it !!!! staff sorted out another room for her but we were tired as late arrival and not what we needed. after that bed was lovley but mine and my sisters room smelt of sewage the entire stay. breakfast was v good and the staff were super nice and helpful at all times. great location . lunch a worldcup bar was nice touch. so other then check in and having a smelly room it was good. If i knew the stink was gone before next trip I would stay again but if not then I wouldnt
