Check in. Arrived with baby in pram and luggage, could see us struggling up stairs, noone else there, but didnt offer to help with the lift. Approached vasco, who didnt acknowledge me, just took my passports and passed it to a lady, who was more polite. Room was ok. Welcome anenities the egg tarts and a small bottle of port. Bed was comfy. Shower constantly made whole floor wet. Housekeeping staff were good and friendly. The light that comes on at the balcony after every slight movement is a terrible idea. Couldnt enjoy drink in peace. Breakfast was nice. Good spread and very friendly staff. Lift constantly broke down, resulting in kimg wait times. Check out was fuss free.
