We are sorry, however, that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the sound insulation and breakfast. Regarding your request for a late departure, we fully understand your disappointment. While late check-out benefits may be available to All Accor members depending on their status, they are always subject to hotel availability. Unfortunately, on the day of your departure, our hotel was fully booked and we were therefore unable to accommodate a late departure. We regret if the way this was communicated to you gave a different impression, as this was certainly not our intention. Dear Zina F., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary interruption of the water and electricity supply. However, we would like to clarify that the maintenance of the PT (transformer substation) is a legal and mandatory requirement in Portugal, carried out to ensure the safety and proper functioning of the hotel's electrical infrastructure. All guests were informed in advance about the scheduled maintenance and the expected interruption, and we made every effort to minimize the impact on their stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast. Regarding the late check-out request, this is subject to availability and, on that day, we were unfortunately only able to extend the check-out by one hour.
