Very friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant and convenient place. People who stay at the hotel make noise throughout the night and early morning. I try to use earplugs. Otherwise very good.

IBIS rooms are functional but seldom fun but this one was quite gloomy, one tiny window. I chose an Accor hotel because I really needed a late checkout, and as a gold member, this is usually automatic, at least for a few hours. Here it was flatly denied. I started arguing and was met with obvious lies, such as the hotel being fully booked, when they were still selling (at least 7) rooms for a price 40% lower than I had paid the night before. I finally got 1 hour. Once in another hotel, a large IBIS Styles, that I stayed at twice, the reception staff used the the same argument "impossible, we have a large group coming in today". I wrote to the manager who was very apologetic and the hotel was spared the bad review. This time I had the impression of already speaking to the manager.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. You rate the hotel as "LUXO" luxury, however the review is extremely negative. You checked-out on November 15th, and that day the hotel was effectively fully booked. Whenever possible we allow late check-out, however when it is not possible we allow as much as possible and in your case it was until 1 pm. Please check the list of advantages for All members, and it is clearly identified late check-out upon availability, We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. My wife and I stayed one night because Arsenal was playing Sporting in Lisbon and we were greeted well. Checked-in quickly and the room was clean and to be expected from an Ibis. The bar area was nice to sit in and grab the welcome drink. We had good sleep and an easy check-out. We love the location of the hotel. There are good places to get a coffee or eat. It'S. close to 2 different metro stations. The price is still reasonable. We'd come back.
