I had stayed at this same IBIS about a week earlier and enjoyed my stay but I felt the pillows were uncomfortable and the rooms ac did not seem to be working properly. This stay everything was perfect. The pillows and room was very comfortable.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and close to public transport and shops. Highly recommended and if in Lisbon again, I will definately stay in the hotel again.

It was all right but because there is no air conditioning in winter it was really hot in the room. I had to open the windows and they could not even be opened fully so it remained quite warm. And on opening the window there was a lot of traffic noise and it affected me quite badly as someone sensitive to noise and sound. I tried earplugs but they worked kind of ok in terms of sound but were painful in my ears. Using them over 6 days was a concern. So I would say you should tell people about the lack of air conditioning in winter and its consequences.

The hotel is very well located — only a 5-minute walk from the metro coming directly from the airport. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the walls are very thin and the doors and windows are not well soundproofed, so it’s not the best choice for light sleepers. You can hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. Also, luggage storage is paid. Overall, a good option if location is your priority.
