Stayed for 8 nights to mend after surgery and to be close to my doctor. The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty, this include the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping.

We have been charged to store our luggage after checkout. It has never happened before with our past stayings with IBIS. We found it not reasonable and extremely not convenient for travelers.

We would like to clarify that this is an additional service, provided for the convenience and security of our guests, and its use is entirely optional. The individual locker system was implemented specifically to enhance the protection of guests’ belongings, preventing any handling by third parties. This service has a low cost and, as mentioned, its use is entirely at the discretion of each guest, with no obligation.
