Insufficient heating. No TV programs between 2am and 6am...!!!!??? The double-use door of bathroom caused serious harm of my finger. No sufficient ventilation in the toilet. No kettle.... The room looks cheap....and it was a refurbished...!!!! No warm floor just a plastic. Only one chair in a double room....

Wasn’t expecting it to be a two star, certainly didn’t look it. The room was spacious and and simplistic. The brand was modern, loved the mirror with the lights. No complaints whatsoever. All members of staff extremely helpful and friendly, including housekeeping. Will certainly be my to go to, when travelling to Lisbon. Also, is located very well close to metro and Marques Pombal.
