an awful experience that I had to ask 7 times the reception to check why the air-condition was not functioning. Personnel was ignorant and not trained. Just smiling without knowing any process of the hotel. An awful experience. Use another hotel or go and you will be the one writing comments here again :)

Hotel in generaly is good. All Accor peolple are very available, smiling and kind. The breakfast was very good. The diner was not good because the service time was very long and the quality normal. For the same price, I prefered to have a dinner outside the hotel with better quality. Nevertheless, the accor peolple was very good.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and I am very displeased. I had my wallet stolen from my room and hotel covered this up. The rooms were also not very nice and the TV reception was very poor.

In general, hotel is modern and accommodating. EXCEPT, it is climatized, which means that during this winter season the entire hotel is set at one temperature. So when there were several days of warm temperatures outside, there was NO air conditioning. The solution was to open the window a crack (on the 9th floor) and turn off the air conditioning. Can we tell you how hot it was in the room?? You couldn't take the covers off because there are no sheets. Just a duvet cover over a comforter. At 3 pm (after no sleep) asked for help. Told that all the rooms are the same temperature. Staff found a handicapped room on the 2nd floor that was cooler. Had to pack up the entire room and move down around 4am. Was cooler but then, with the window open we could near the cars and trucks rumbling past all night and morning. Maybe 1 hour of sleep. The staff knew the situation regarding the air conditioning and the room temperatures. We should have been advised upon check in so we would have the option of cancelling and finding another hotel. Very unfair, not transparent. If I knew earlier I would not have stayed here. One saving grace: their breakfast buffet was outstanding.

overall good. Excellent breakfast. Helpful stall. The only negative was the air-conditioning not working well and the room being to hot. Therefore our sleep was less than optimal

Stayed for 4 nights in February. Family of 3. Paid 306 Euros including breakfasts. Next to a very busy roads from both sides. Planes approaching airport right above the hotel. Smallest TV screen that we ever saw in any hotel we stayed before. Stuffy room. Could not get any cooling from air con so overnight had our window open. Not too pleasant if considering all outside traffic and jet engines early in the morning. Asked if we could get some ice into our room but because of my principles I did dropped the idea after they told me it would cost us 5 Euros. We found it a bit insulting for us to pay for ice to chill some drinks while our room could be cooled only by an open window. The gym and swimming pool were shut for maintenance. 2 paper cups (we are a family of three) for tea or coffee in the room. No spoons. I don't think we saw any bathrobes or slippers. WiFi on and off all the time. During our buffet breakfasts all the cups and glasses were used up by guests and reduced to paper cups again. Every single morning. One morning I was sat on the chair that had the seating area broken and covered up with upholstery. Our table had four chairs so I just switched onto another. To those who may think we got our stay for a bargain therefore some things could be forgiven or not moaned about. While true that the location can be checked on online map and that the pool might be closed during winter season it is quite misleading when you discover only on the arrival that planes are flying right above the hotel, that gym is not working when we actually booked a hotel advertised as having a gym, that air con is there but not what we searched for, that TV is there but laughable, that we were expecting some reasonable standards since we were booking a 4 star hotel. Would never give this one 4 stars. Sorry.

Everything was just perfect. We enjoyed our vacation time. The room given to us was with perfect view. Thanks to the staff. Only thing is that Gym was closed which was not expected.
