I like the location, and the rooms are modern clean fresh and well equipped. The staff is exceptional.. in the breakfast room, cleaning and first class front desk people. The only issue is the construction which is both noisy and forces the pools and restaurants to be closed and temp ones established. Understanding it is necessary to create an even better hotel, we live thru it.

Very noisy during the day, air conditioning only on cold in the middle of January

The room was extremely hot, with no ventilation. After showering, the walls were wet due to trapped humidity. The windows cannot be opened, there is no fresh air and no individual air conditioning. The first room was changed because it felt like a sauna, but the second room was only slightly better and still too hot. At reception, we were told this is normal throughout the hotel. No solution was offered. This is definitely not a four-star hotel. The only positive was the good and varied breakfast. Not recommended.

I chose Novotel because of its reputation as a 4-star brand, but my recent stay was disappointing. The room temperature was uncomfortable; despite the outdoor temperature being 10°C, the air conditioning only blew heat, keeping the room over 22°C. Even after turning the unit off, the room remained too hot to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the housekeeping was subpar. Upon checking in, we discovered the shower gel was empty. We only realized this at 10:00 PM after an exhausting day of travel. While the front desk sent a replacement 30 minutes later, a 4-star hotel should never provide a room with empty or half-full toiletries. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I expected from Novotel
