Stayed at Novatel Lisbon with our tour and then booked an additional night because of flight arrangements. stay was pleasant, rooms clean, food good.

The mattress is or too old or too soft, but it felt old.

No heat in room. I has to sleep with my coat on

It was awful. Staff couldn't tell me where to go eat. Room had no heat called front desk and they said there was an issue with the heat. The room was in bad shape peeling paint old curtains ect. The bed was horrid it sank in. I was with a tour group Globus and have told them not to use this hotel
