We stayed at Novotel Lisboa for 3 nights, firstly I've seen quite a few things about the location being inconvenient while it isn't in the city centre it is only 20 minutes away by metro and a 5 minute walk to the station, you can also walk in to the centre which takes about an hour. As Lisbon is such a busy city we actually preferred staying further out and it was only 15 mins by taxi or 35 mins by public transport to the airport. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a free minibar which was a bonus. I think this is a great option for a stay in the wonderful city of Lisbon.

Excelente hotel, no está cerca del centro pero con el transporte estás allí en 7 minutos. Ideal para familias.

Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora y media habiendo hecho el check in online con 4 niños pequeños porque las habitaciones no estaban listas, mientras que otras familias accedían sin problema. La habitación estaba sucia porque al estar 6 días no limpiaban, solo cambio de toallas, vaciar papeleras y cama.

O Staff é de excelência. O pequeno almoço variado e abastado. Tivemos oportunidade de jantar no restaurante do Hotel e recomendo vivamente. O quarto razoável para uma família de 4, porém muito aquecido. O parque de estacionamento é horroroso
