The room was lovely, and clean. Good size. Lots of variety for breakfast, but terrible coffee. I stayed during the renovations - I was told renovations would begin at 10am - but 2 days the banging started at 8am which was not great for my sleep. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

The hotel room was decent and sufficient but lacked amenities like iron, plug point etc. They had a minor bar without milk but has water and drunks which was good The hotel didn't give me the late check out instead gave me 1.5 hour lenecy to overstay despite being a silver status member. The food and service is beyond horrible. No cutlery and the coffee machine didn't have milk most times so your just drinking hot water cappuccino. The staff aren't friendly but they do what they can.

Very shocked to encounter bad unfriendly staffs in this hotel. Almost all staffs are unfriendly except for 1-2 staffs. Amenities in the rooms are so poor to the extend that drinking water are only 2 small bottles. If you asked for milk to add to your instant coffee they will charge 5 euro. Breakfast buffet I encountered big houseflies hovering around the prosciutto. They don’t provide room slippers you need to ask even though this item is a common necessity in any 4 star hotels. The kettle is rusted at the base & I need them to change. I stayed in this hotel in 2 separate durations 7-10oct & 12-15oct. 7-10oct check-in they said minibar is free for Accor members & placed me in 11th floor. Second check-in they placed me on 7th floor & confirmed again minibar is free . On checking out on 15th they asked me to pay for what I have consumed in the minibar stating that 7th floor is not executive floor so need to pay. So is it Accor member needs to pay for minibar consumption if placed in executive floor & not any other floors? So it’s not privileged for Accor member but it’s privileged depending on which floor they placed you in? I can go on & on with their very poor services & amenities etc but it will never end. I hope Accor admin do see my very negative remarks on this Novotel Lisboa & do something about it . I also do hope that Accor admin can get back to me with regards to this matter& make some amends and good gestures .

The hotel is great, very close to the city. The room was fantastic. Also the restaurant is open till late so very handy. The only facility that should improve a bit is the fitness center.

Restoration ongoing, making a lot of noise and dirt all day long

The hotel overall is OK, although it is a bit far away from downtown. During our stay, there was ongoing restoration, which made it very noisy all day long, and keeping the windows dirty. We were not made aware of this during our reservation process.
