Work will be taking place from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. The Fitness Center is also temporarily closed due to renovation. I understand the renovations but service level and room and especially linen cleanliness is an issue

I booked via Booking.com, and there was no mention - nor on your websit- whatsoever that the entire hotel is under renovation: no pool, an improvised lobby and front desk, and a very noisy, crowded, improvised breakfast area. I would have requested a refund if I had known how. I left the morning after (and booked an Airbnb instead).
