Restaurant was dingy, reception area poorly fitted out, entrance way full of people smoking

We are sorry to learn that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly due to the impact of ongoing renovations at the hotel. Stayed here for the 2nd time. First stay was in mid April 2026, while second stay was in end April. Was unable to get any room upgrade for Accor Platinum member as we had a 2 single bed room. Kind of surprised there was no coffee machine in the room. Staff told us that the room "upgrade" in my first stay was the addition of a coffee machine & mini bar. This was rather shocking to hear, at the Platinum level, that such basic amenities is the equivalent of an upgrade. Honestly, the rooms was really cosy & comfortable, despite the on-going renovations, which you will hear after 9am, but that's alright since most travellers will be out by then. I felt embarrassed to approach the staff at the basement reception for queries or any matters, as observed most of the time they were rather busy with their private conversations. I believe that for a 4 star hotel, or any hotel for that matter, the attention & priority should be on the incoming guests. Interestingly for Europe there is no complimentary breakfast for Platinum members, perhaps Accor could look into this.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located around 5 mins walk from the metro, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was polite, offering sightseeing suggestions, as well as helping quickly when we had a slight issue with the pressure in our shower.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, which is currently most evident in the fact that the lobby area is somewhat cramped and serves simultaneously as the reception area, the lobby bar, and a children’s play area.. Despite all this, the hotel has managed to organize its operations well. Special mention goes to the separate information desk on the arrival level! You can’t get lost when you’re guided forward… The hotel’s location is good. The metro, a large shopping center, and a park suitable for jogging are nearby. I thought the pool would still be closed at the end of April, but it was already open. The renovated executive room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, even though I had heard someone complain about it earlier. I’m looking forward to seeing the rest of the facilities—the lobby, restaurant, and terrace—once they’re finished. Thanks for a pleasant hotel experience!

Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was amazing. However, there were some minor renovations in the lobby, so that was a bit of a downer. But the staff were very helpful with all our needs.
