We stayed there 7 nights on 3 occasions over a three-week period in January and February 2026. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. Three very small issues. We found it difficult to control the room temperature, water pressure was lacking and the lighting was confusing. It seemed to be all or nothing with the light switches.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, I absolutely looooved it! It was conveniently located near a subway station, a couple of stations away from the city center, which was very practical. Just go down the park in front of the hotel to reach the station ; the park is not very lighted at night though, so be careful on the stairs and use your phone light. The hotel is 20min away from the airport. The room is comfortable, clean, modern, nicely decorated, well lighted and equipped with all the features needed. There is a socket on the wall in the bathroom, very useful and rare in hotels. The only issues I had was that the bathroom floor was wet after the shower even though I was very careful. Besides, the minibar was not working in my room and I had stored drinks and a salad so I couldn't eat it afterwards. The staff were super nice and friendly. I ate breakfast at the hotel and it was average in my opinion. Something I think should be improved is that the amount of the first night has been charged a day before my check-in and I have been asked to pay the whole amount of my stay when I arrived at the hotel ; so in total I payed for my stay + 1 extra night and I have to wait for the reimbursement of that night. I think it would have been more easier to keep the payment of the first night and make me pay for the remaining nights.

The hotel renovations we very disruptive. The room AC i let reception know it said ‘no connection’ on the screen and would not turn off (noisey). The bed squeaks when you sit on it. Shower is average to low pressure. 25yrs staying in accor hotels the was one if the most disappointing.
