We stayed for 5 nights. They upgraded us to the executive floor, that was an unexpected surprise! My daughter had birthday and the offered us a cake along with a greetings card. Very professional staff, clean room and variety in breakfast. Foa sure we will be back!

Extremely hot AC did not work

I was extremely disappointed with this motel. The AC in the rooms did not work. It was extremely hot in our rooms and humid. I would not recommend this motel to anyone unless you like it very hot. Me and my wife woke up. pillows were wet from sweat. Bedsheets were wet from sweat and they did nothing about it. I complained three times did nothing about it I was Very disappointed in this motel. I hope I never stay in this motel again.

My room was nice but on Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday it wasn’t possible to relax in between exploring the city because of the loud building works

Great stay, great breakfast. However very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed when the weather was still sunny and around 25 degrees!
