Dear customer, please note that Novotel Lisboa is currently undergoing renovations works on its ground floor and façade to improve the hotel and offer more comfort. Work will be taking place from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. The Fitness Center is also temporarily closed due to renovation. A very enjoyable stay here. Shame that the lobby was getting work done but the team handled it well and I still enjoyed my beers in the -1 area. Bedrooms were absolutely excellent. All staff pleasant too throughout the stay.

Comfortable and spacious room, great breakfast, however each day something was missing in the breakfast, if not a food type, it was a bowl or glasses. My room was never cool enough, I informed reception but still not resolved. Had to fix the TV myself, putting the antenna back in place. There is no body lotion in the room and coffee creamer not provided on the rooms, why ? Such small details makes a big difference. Suggest a bigger refrigerator with better cooling too.

Hotel was under renovation, The restaurant was not running the full menu as moved into a conference room. Shower water pressure is very low. Bathroom lacked power sockets and had to ask twice for a hairdryer.

The location is convenient, but we had two main problems. Firstly, the air conditioning in the room was very ineffective, so we had to remove the duvet from its cover and just sleep with the cover. Secondly, the ongoing renovations mean that there is no functioning bar or proper restaurant area.
