Dear Mr. Brian M. We are sincerely sorry that you were left with this impression of our team. Your comments came as a surprise to us, as friendliness, professionalism and a welcoming attitude are values that we strive to demonstrate every day and that are consistently recognised by the vast majority of our guests. During your stay, I was on duty every morning and, from 3:00 p.m. until at least 11:30 p.m., our Assistant Manager, Tatiana Ramos, was also present at the hotel. After reviewing the situation internally, we have not found any record or indication that a request for replacement towels was refused. On the contrary, whenever guests require additional or replacement towels, our team provides them promptly. We genuinely regret that this was your perception of your experience. However, we have been unable to identify any circumstances that would explain the situation as described in your review, as it does not reflect either our procedures or the standards of service that our team is committed to delivering. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your feedback, as it gives us the opportunity to continue reviewing our service and ensuring that every guest enjoys the warm and attentive hospitality we aim to provide. Sempre que a disponibilidade operacional o permite, procuramos antecipar a entrega dos quartos aos nossos hóspedes, o que depende da taxa de ocupação e do tempo necessário para a preparação das unidades após o check-out. No dia da sua chegada, o check-in foi efetuado às 12h28, logo que o quarto ficou disponível após conclusão da sua preparação. Lamentamos igualmente que a interação no momento da chegada não tenha sido percecionada como suficientemente clara ou acolhedora.
