Very good location, 5 mins walk to Oriente Station. And you can enjoy the running track along the seaside. The room is clean.

Conveniently located hotel (we walked to Metro to get to Lisbon airport). Small room, but cleverly designed. Excellent bar, restaurant & breakfast.

We arrived at Ibis attended by a very helpful staff Iris to check in. Subsequently at the bar, the front desk we were also attended by a very helpful team of staff.

Well located, really nice area. The staff was friendly and nice. The restaurant is the added value, great location, staff and food quality. I enjoyed also a Tapas +Fado night, definitely to recommend. Rooms are small and simple, but clean

The general experience was good, most staff were friendly and the hotel location was convenient for our job. After a few days we were locked out of our room, because there was an additional breakfast bill which we were not informed about, even though we did point out that there was an additional person per email and at check in. There was no effort to reach us to resolve this in a normal way and the receptionist was unfriendly. On the day we were leaving, we were first told that the reception would be able to reserve a taxi bus for 9 persons and when we asked to actually do it we were told in the same unfriendly way that it was not possible.
