would like to file a complaint regarding the unacceptable service at the baggage storage counter. When I arrived to retrieve my stored luggage, the staff member at the desk completely ignored me and continued talking on the phone. No other staff offered any assistance, and several employees were hiding in the back without acknowledging customers. It was only when I walked toward the staff room to look for help that the desk staff finally spoke up and told me to wait. After some time, another employee came out to assist, but at no point did anyone offer an apology or any explanation. Their attitude made it seem as if such behavior was entirely normal. This level of service is unprofessional and disrespectful, and I expect the matter to be addressed appropriately. The lack of accessible facilities made it extremely difficult for me to transport my luggage, and none of the staff were willing to offer any assistance. In addition, there was no drinking water provided in the room. Out of the five hotels I stayed at during this trip, Ibis was the only one that did not provide drinking water. This level of service is disappointing and far below the standard I expected.

Location was good in relation to the Oriente Train Station but when we got to the room the room was stuffy. So we turned down the air conditioning control but very little happened: the room did not cool down so we opened up the window which allowed cool air to come in. The bed did not have a top sheet on it only a comfort top so when we went to bed my wife and I both were hot and basically slept with no covering when a sheet would have worked out great. The room eventually cooled down in the middle of the night so the comfort top helped then but continued to be too warm so we were either too cold or too hot.
