I loved the simplicity of your rooms, no wasted spaces, very streamlined and green. Your breakfast buffet is excellent, great choice and value. The cafe in the lobby was great as well. Your staff is so friendly and eager to please.

Room overall was OK, however no tea and coffee making facilities which wasn't ideal. Bar service was very slow, there was one girl that was great I unfortunately didn't get her name, blue shirt long dark hair. Others seemed rude and not sure what they were doing. Another guests was angry at the guy as he walked away when talking to him, this seemed to be the service provided by the staff member. Food was good, breakfast was tasty but only Cotinental. Reception staff were very pleasant and chatty on check in. Location not ideal, with not much in the area but taxis are easily available. Good enough stay overall,

The hotel is well located and, as usual for Ibis hotels, clean and affordable. Most of the staff members are rather kind and knowledgeable about visits or transportation in the city. I also appreciate that my stay, which had initially been scheduled for December and had to be cancelled due to the French air-traffic controllers' strike, could finally be postponed. However, I regret the considerable augmentation compared to the initially booked stay.

Warm smile, decent service and professional service... I would say the hotel is excellent. We'd love to go back to the hotel in the future. Our only concern is about the hotel restaurant. The Hotel restaurant is a little overpriced compared with other hotel restaurants.

Staff pleasant, location of hotel was close to public transport especially the metro. Although hotel was close to the airport, the rooms were soundproof and I slept extremely well during my 4 night stay, mattress and pillow were heavenly...... would definitely stay again !

My wife and I spent an enjoyable one and a half months at the hotel. The staff are efficient and helpful and the Director Mauro Zanotti always attentive. Our room was always sericed well. We look forward to our next stay..
