had a wonderful stay at Ibis Jose Malhoa. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options that set me up for the day. One of the best aspects is the location—easy access to nearby parks and museums, making it ideal for exploring the city. I highly recommend Ibis Jose Malhoa for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service!

Overall, a pleasant stay and experience. What caused a shadow was a mix up with Booking.com, at check in I learnt that I had mistakenly made the reservation for the 5th of DEC. instead of the 5th of NOV. I was informed that my payment of 66 euros was not reimursable, so I had to pay another 100+ euros at the reception desk. My visit was for health reasons, as I have Cancer I had an appointment on the 6th Nov. at the Cancer Hospital in Lisbon (I.P.O.). It would be most appreciated if you could reimburse the 66 euros.

An enjoyable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, the counter staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly - many thanks to the team. Facilities were good, the room was clean and the canteen was well-run. All of this helped to make it a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in Lisbon, with local shopping and touristic transport connections within reachable distance. A very enjoyable experience, thanks again to the team.

Good stay, friendly and professional Staff, good breakfast, decent rooms for the money and ratings. The rooms and the corridors need new paint/renovation. A minimum investment could make a notable improvement. Good location, close to metro station.
