The hotel’s location is good, however the rooms are average, when we got there the AC was at its maximum and we got sick btw, we turned it off but the windows don’t open, the sink in the bathroom is not properly working, the TV even though it says, the cast is active but never appears on my phone, for the price, there might be better options, and as a traveler, I would prefer a small fridge with water inside (during summer) and a coffee machine instead of a TV, plus upon booking, I never received a confirmation on my email and on the website it stated that it was cancelled even though I paid and when I got in the hotel they found my reservation

The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel itself is relatively close to the airport, which is a great benefit. However, it comes at the price of noise. The rooms need more soundproofing as both airplanes and noisy guests kept us awake all night. Also, breakfast: especially GF options - fresh vegetables, jams and gluten free pastries were very limited compared to other Accor hotels I’ve stayed with in France, Germany and Poland. I was hoping to see the same standard in Lisbon.

Managed to check in early no problem staff were friendly. The room was great, everything you need bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The only downside was the breakfast I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money and you’re better off going elsewhere. But that doesn’t affect my score. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel for the day!
