ok, but I do not think is good value for money, too small room ( I have the cheapest one), lack of kettle or coffee machine in the room. The room had almost nonexistent depozit space. I apreciated that the room was cleaned daily and the all in all funky vibe, and when I ate there the food was good

Room is small, service is slow and not attentive. Does not correspond to the expectations. Top roof lounge was closed. So, there are plenty of Ibis in Lisbon where the services are better and prices are lower.

Regarding the room size, we would like to clarify that the dimensions and layout of each room category are clearly displayed at the time of booking on our online channels. That said, we understand that comfort is subjective, and we regret if the room felt too narrow for your stay. Concerning the service, we sincerely apologize if it came across as slow or inattentive. This is certainly not the Mama Shelter spirit, and your comments will be shared with the team so we can address and correct these behaviors promptly. About the rooftop lounge, it is currently closed during the winter season for operational reasons. This information is available online prior to booking, but we understand the disappointment if you were hoping to enjoy it during your stay. We are also sorry about your early morning departure experience and the breakfast items that did not meet your expectations.
