My recent stay was disappointing due to several service and amenity deficiencies. Key issues included the complete lack of room service and unsupportive staff, who did not assist with transporting items to the room. The hotel also lacked basic expected amenities, such as a coffee/tea station or vending machine. Considering the price point, the value offered was poor compared to competitors where I previously enjoyed full amenities. While I understand the rooftop area is seasonally closed, the staff was unwilling to accommodate a simple request for a brief viewing, a common courtesy offered by other high-end hotels (e.g., NH Collection). I booked this hotel just for that to have a wonderful view of roof top. Overall, the service was unhelpful and failed to meet expectations. The only positive aspect was the convenient walking distance to my office. I was highly dissatisfied with this experience and cannot recommend the hotel. Additionally room size is compeleted when i start entering - for the same price am getting good hotel at prime locations where i stayed for couple of weeks I would never recommend to anyone on this !

Room and breakfast are nice, but no having shower gel, shampoo or conditioner is terrible, gives a cheap vibe and i cannot even wash my hair -
