Failure in small details but that do not compromise

Our stay was great overall. The hotel was in a fantastic location, the room was quiet and well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. However, the space felt a bit tight for a family, as the sofa bed needed to be opened. The biggest downside was the amenities: using environmental concerns as a reason, the selection and replenishment were very limited—we even had to request soap at the reception to take a shower. On the bright side, breakfast was excellent, offering high-quality options and plenty of variety. Unfortunately, the staff fell short—they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves and came across as cold toward guests.

I had ants in my bed , and very bad taste on a butter cube at breakfast discovered it was expired These 2 incidents are not at all standards of mama. Shelter lisboa have been there several times the past 2 years

Unfortunately, the hotel was noisy and didn’t have a good sleep due to this.
