We really enjoyed our five night stay at Mama Shelter Lisbon, as a family with teenage sons. The hotel is in a great location, close to metro stations, neighbourhood restaurants and food shops. We loved an evening cocktail in the rooftop bar, where the staff were attentive and cheerful. The room was compact but comfortable and the standard of housekeeping was impeccable. It was lovely to arrive back to a clean and tidy room after a long day sightseeing!

I had a great time at Mama Shelter. The location is great as it is quite central and there is also a metro 3 mins by foot. I loved the vibe and the interior of the hotel. The beds are SOOO comfy. I don’t think I‘ve ever slept in a more comfortable bed honestly. One morning I had the breakfast and it was pretty good. I also had dinner and I think the hotel restaurant reveals its charm most at night. The staff was super friendly. The rooftop is also a big plus!!! Great atmosphere up there. The only thing I didn’t know about was the city tax for overnight stays so keep that in mind.

The location it is perfect, and the hotel is cosy, the rooftop is very beautiful. But the room that we had was really really small, not even the space for our luggage, yes our luggage stayed in the middle of the entry of the room because there were not other places where we can fit it, and not even a wardrobe or a small drawer for our clothes, so our clothes stayed in the luggage in the middle of the room entry. We expected more for the price we paid to stay in this hotel.
