Extremely friendly staff, rooms were clean and well maintained. At breakfast, there were plenty of available options to chose from, and the staff made sure to refill regularly. Only negative was the Air circulation or another system being rather loud, especially at night.

This purpose built hotel is perfectly positioned for getting around Porto and has a chic boutique feel with excellent amenities. The reception, bar and breakfast areas both inside and out are good and the bedrooms quiet and very comfortable. The staff need a big mention as they were very helpful before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble from booking taxis and restaurant recommendations, which didn't disappoint. We like Mercure Hotels and this one is one of the best we have stayed in

Wonderful, friendly, helpful, staff! They were able to check us in early and out late, this made a huge difference to us. We enjoyed the restaurant and the bar. The Mercure Porto Centro Aliados team was always available to answer any questions for us no matter how busy they were. A true team and top notch service!
