A great place to stay for a week-long exploration of Porto and the surrounding area. Room was comfortable, staff very friendly. Room cleaning was very late in the day sometimes closer to early evening/late afternoon.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The reception team was cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to help at any time. Housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel is clean and calm, which made the stay comfortable. On the downside, the rooms are quite small. Also, I was surprised that only two small bottles of complimentary water were provided for the entire stay. In many hotels in the Arabian Gulf region, water is replenished daily and generously, so this was a bit disappointing.
