What I like about this hotel: 1. Location. Right in the city center, easy to go to any famous or central place, a lot of restaurants and sights around. 2. Very polite employees, they truly tried to help me with all the problems. 3. Good-looking rooms, mostly. 4. Huge plus is swimming pool, especially water temperature. However, there are a few big problems, which make my stay not as good as it should be: 1. The rooms are not maintained well, especially bathroom facilities. Broken shower head, noisy A/C, toilet flush stopped working on the second day too.. 2. Swimming pool is flooded with people almost all the time, it would be better at least to make access time a bit longer (especially in high season), for example from 8AM to 10 PM. Cause on some of the days all places near pool were occupied and 5-7 people were swimming at the same time. 3. Breakfast is rather poor and boring. Service level in restaurant could be much better. Water carafe was empty for 10 minutes during breakfast, there were no scrambled/fried eggs, only boiled and amount of meats and cheeses was pretty small. It also took around 7-10 minutes at the bar to get someone to give me menu.
