We stayed here for 4 nights and had a very nice experience. Comfortable, quiet rooms (ours overlooked the gardens so we didn't feel like we were in the middle of a busy city). Excellent breakfast, (however they do charge extra for boiled eggs which I thought was unnecessary). The pool was nice and refreshing but a bit on the small side and there are a limited number of sunbeams which at times was frustrating. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I am a ALL platinum number and told the staff on duty at around 7 pm on the last night whether I can have a late checkout as my flight time is 8 pm on the next day . Such lady did not look into the system to check the room availability and just replied me that she would only arrange the check out not later than 1.30 pm. I showed my disappointment and she kept the same reply without any sincere assistance. Later that night , I checked the All.com , there were still 4 rooms of my room type available for next day. It implied that I was treated as a regular walk-in customer, was not welcomed as a loyal customer.
