We regret that your dinner was disappointing, although we are glad our team was able to remove the charge for the salad. Regarding breakfast, we would like to clarify that garlic is not used in our breakfast dishes, although we appreciate your comments regarding the seasoning and variety. Our air conditioning is designed to switch off automatically when a window or balcony door is open, as part of our sustainability measures. Once closed, the system operates normally. Had you contacted our Front Desk team, they would have been happy to assist and check the settings with you. We are also sorry about the towel quality and the incorrect bar charge. We sincerely apologize for the missed room cleaning and for the lack of warmth in the response you received from our Reception team. This is not the level of service we expect from our staff. Regarding breakfast, we acknowledge that mornings can occasionally be very busy, with higher demand for certain items, but this is of course no excuse for bread or cups not being replenished promptly, or for chipped mugs to remain in use. We will reinforce our supervision and replenishment procedures with the team. We would also like to clarify our milk selection. We offer semi-skimmed, lactose-free and plant-based alternatives, including almond and soya milk. We would be grateful to understand what you mean by “ordinary milk”, as we want to ensure that our offering meets our guests’ expectations. Regarding the room facilities, the minibar refrigerator is the standard size commonly provided in hotel rooms and is intended primarily for the minibar selection. The bathroom door does not have a separate lock as it is designed to close fully, while a lock is already provided on the main room door for privacy and security.
