I had a high expectation with Ibis, however it was very disapointed my stay. The front office staff was great, the breakfast was very good but it was supposed to be opened from 6am to 12 O'clock, however about 11:15am the waitress stoped to replenish the food and began to remove food away. We were selected to room 211 but the AC was not working and the room was very hot, then we were tranfered to room 201 with an individual AC, which was not working as well. We complained to front desk and they informed us that they would send somebody to check it. Nobody ever came and we were so tired to try to move again, we decided to sleep with the window opened and the fan on. No follow-up from the hotel about this issue. In both rooms 211 and 201 the bathroom was smelling urine, we asked the hskp to clean room 201 and she did and sprayed clorox. I think that the maintenance protocol should be reviewed to make sure that the AC really works in all guestroom (Rooms PM) and a HSKP supervisor should be checking rooms before release them for occupance.
