Was a bad experience. My wife, sleeping coming out of the shower a. fell into the floor sustaining serious bruce all over her body a. whent to the hospital costing me 4.510 euros. Please check the documents previously something . I need results now.

We stayed 2 nights, in a wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom was well equiped and the shower actually accessible to people in wheelchairs. We recommend this hotel!

Clean hotel with tiny rooms ( i guess it is to be expected for this chain). Nice and friendly staff and decent location. Nice sunset 100 meters from entrance on a hill.

Rather quiet area and room. We had superior room what was clean and big enough. Breakfast was good. It was nice that you have possibility to eat when ever it suits to you, so you do not have to wait until 20 o'clock to get dinner. Price for the accommodation was suitable. It would be good if you could arrange bus transportation from the hotel to the city centre and back e.g twice a day. It was good that big supermarkets were in the walking distance.

2nd time at an ibis hotel in a month, this was a much better proposition than the first hotel in another country. Small room but enough for 2 nights, and with great shower. Clean, warm and comfortable. Very good breakfast, nice garden and good sea view from room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small minus, location is a bit far from ribeira but Uber are always available and fairly cheap.
