It was an unpleasant experience while the air-conditioning is not working. It was suffocating as the temperature was around 25 degrees in the evening and the response from the reception was also poor and rude

all ok,, only during night, not good as have homeless near entrance.

Dissatisfied for the following reasons: 1. Misleading Advertising and Equipment Failure: The unit's official website explicitly advertises the existence of air conditioning in the rooms. However, upon arriving at my room and finding it excessively hot, I was informed by reception that no room has this service, which constitutes a clear violation of the terms of sale and advertising. 2. Defects in the Facilities: The bathroom lights had a persistent defect (intermittent flickering), making the use of the space uncomfortable and unsuitable. 3. Poor Conduct in Customer Service and Obstruction of the Right to Complain: When reporting the problems, no solution or alternative was offered. Additionally, when requesting the physical Complaints Book, the service employee showed a lack of courtesy, stating that he "was not obliged to lend a pen" for filling it out, hindering the exercise of a legal consumer right.

The room wasn't ready when I arrived, there were insects in the room, the air conditioning was noisy and inefficient, and some breakfast dishes were left without food for a long time.
