The hotel is in a great location and was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. On the evening of my arrival, my flight was significantly delayed, so I called ahead to ask if my husband's name could be added to the reservation so he could check in before me. Although I had originally booked for one person, it was a two-person room, and my husband had decided at the last minute to stay with me instead of his previous accommodation. The person I spoke on the phone with made the request seem like a major inconvenience and eventually simply told me to send an email. I did and received confirmation that my husband's name had been added to the reservation. However, when he arrived, he was told he could not check in and had to wait for me. Because of my delayed flight, I didn't arrive until 2:00 a.m. When I finally got there the hotel entrance was locked. While I understand this may have been for security reasons, there were no instructions on how to contact the front desk or enter the building. I rang the buzzer several times and called the hotel repeatedly but received no response. Once we were finally let in, I was told that adding a second guest to the room was not an issue after all, making the earlier confusion and inconvenience especially frustrating.

Due to my gold member status, your reception kindly upgraded me to a "better" room. We got room no 702, which was pretty teared down and air-condition working badly. Window opened to inside court and smell of fried food came in. As it was very hot in the night at midnight, I went to reception again and asked for another room. Your receptionist was very kind and immediately helped. We decamped to room 712, which was smaller, but seemed to be renovated recently and nice view out of window. Air-con working properly. So all-in-all a nice stay. Good breakfast and perfect location. Thanks to your very helpful staff and I do recommend not to upgrade customers to room 702, until properly renovated.
