Very good hotel in the heart of Porto, easy access by metro

Very good Accor Group hotel in the heart of Porto, easy access by metro. Hotel is centrally located, access is very easy. Hotel has 8 floor; 1st floor is the entrance, while 3rd floor is the reception and restaurant. You need to take a elevator to reach reception. Except 3rd floor (reception). the room card is required to use elevator. Check in was easy and quick, thank you for your hospitality. You may take a lemon water or apple while formalities are completed. This is one of the best part of this Ibis hotel we've never encountered at sister's before. Our room was at 8th floor, looking to Alegria Street. Room is little bit small compared to other Ibis's, but very functional. You can easily find a place to put your personal belongings in the room. Room rates are reasonable considering stay in the hotel in the heart of Porto. Porto's main attractions are in the walking distance. No need to any transportation means. All in all, we really enjoyed this hotel. Recommended to those, who seek reasonable priced, centrally located and good serviced hotel.

I had a pleasant stay overall — the hotel is clean, well located, and the staff were kind and helpful. Decent breakfast. However, the air vent in my room was quite noisy, and it couldn’t be turned off. The constant sound was disturbing during the night and made it difficult to sleep. It would be great if the ventilation system could be adjusted or improved in the future.

Air Conditioner did not seem to cool the room. Homeless people around the entrance made our entry/exits Very uncomfortable.
