Air conditioning on the rooms not working so well, beds and mattresses need update very uncomfortable

Exmo Senhor (a), Agradecemos os seus comentários no seguimento D. sua estada no ibis Porto Sao Joao. Relativamente a sua observação, penso haver aqui algum equivoco porque na limpeza diária do seu quartos e mesmo após a sua estadia, total de 4 noites, não foi encontrada qualquer tipo de anomalia e ou insetos muito menos percevejos. Overall the hotel is satisfactory. We have stayed many times for one night only. The staff are always very accommodating and pleasant. Very early morning taxi ordered is always there on in advance of the already incredibly early hour requested. Bed linen is clean and smells fresh. Down sides are (1) the washroom in the room we had on this stay had black mold on the shower tiles (yuk!) and the elevator from the hotel to the mall/food court/grocery store has been out of service for years and still not working although staff did indicate this is the result of a legal dispute and not within their control. Elevator within the hotel was working fine. Overall the value is decent for the price.

All was good except the ability to reduce the fan temperature setting. Maybe in Porto the climate control is still in heating mode. My west-facing room would get too warm on sunny days but turning on the fan increased the temperature. I with you allowed your lodgers to make their own heat/coll selections.
