When I checked in, I was told there were no keys; I wasn’t given one until the next morning. The bathroom didn’t have a trash can, just a bag taped to the wall, which was gone the next day (where are women supposed to put tampons and such?). There are no face towels or hand towels. Even the cheapest hostels have them. The shower doesn’t have a shelf to put personal hygiene products on. The rest of the room didn’t meet even the most basic standards. The TV was terrible, and so was everything else. They charged over 130 euros per night—a price worthy of a 5-star hotel but with ZERO-star conditions! A real dump!

They are specially helpful at the reception. It is located in the same building with a shopping center and there is a supermarket inside. Close to the hospital.

Air conditioning on the rooms not working so well, beds and mattresses need update very uncomfortable

Exmo Senhor (a), Agradecemos os seus comentários no seguimento D. sua estada no ibis Porto Sao Joao. Relativamente a sua observação, penso haver aqui algum equivoco porque na limpeza diária do seu quartos e mesmo após a sua estadia, total de 4 noites, não foi encontrada qualquer tipo de anomalia e ou insetos muito menos percevejos.
