We uad asked for a room adapted for people with limited mobility but the only adaptation we saw was the support bar on the toilet. Since there was a bathtub with a shower inside it was impossbile for the handicapped person to get into the space to take a shower. I have seem many rooms adapted for handicapped people and they never have bathtubs, but always showers with easy access. Finally, a seemingly small problem was the female receptionist, who when we were leaving and dropping off the room card, asked "room number"? A short session in how to use a polite form in English might be appropriate. Instead of the rather rude "room number?", "excuse me, sir, what is your room number?" would be much better received.
