Person who checked us in was wonderful-multilingual, polite and helpful. That was last positive experience. Room overlooks parking lot, no soap or shower gels in bathroom. Room was for two but only one of everything-lack of attention to service. Checkout person was rude and unhelpful. Would not return.

It has been a few times I have staid at this hotel. Nice hotel, good cleaning, nice employees. Happy to see there was a vegan corner at breakfast, but unfortunately no vegan yogurt (I had to buy and bring my own). Also, the hairdryers at the rooms are not good - poor power. When I phoned the reception to request for a better one, I was told they only had a spare one and was already in use. Had to leave the hotel with my hair semi-dried every day.

Staff were nice on frontdesk, besides this I recommed to avoid as much as possible the restaurant. First because you will bother the waiters but especially because the food is bad quality. AC not working in the room

The hotel lobby is very nice, and I wanted to love the room but the first room we had ... had a bug problem...they switched our room and the second room ...was dirty.... the bidet had something left in it...it was disgusting but because we don't use it I just wanted to get through the days. I ended up getting a 3rd room which had a random cup of water and stains on the walls. It was gross but I let it go and thoroughly cleaned our stuff when we left.
