the lady at the reception at night is very rude , attitude is so important , you can tell them to be nice to the people , also you can improve the towels and some soap

the rooms look like a hospital ward, not enough towels, not even the most basic hair dryer. a hotel of this format should cost half as much, because for this money you can find a much better option in the city

Great start to the day with decent continental breakfast. Helpful and polite staff. Easy Ubers to Porto or nice stroll in 40 mins. Has everything you need in the room and good hot showers.
