Fabulous Stay Ruined by a Breakfast Staff

We could not commend the hotel itself as well as the front desk and housekeeping staff. We wanted to ignore a particular incident but had to call the attention of Management. One breakfast male staff ruined on New Year's day was very rude in managing the breakfast flow on a day that was supposed to be celebratory and very uncharacteristic of Portuguese hospitality. He had clearly shown disdain towards people of Asian decent.

The Hotel has a good location, breakfasts were good but parking was a challenge. The Hotel does not have a gym and cleaning of the Rooms were sporadic. We booked 2 rooms with Kids and were given rooms that were far apart. Not Ideal with small kids.

However, I would like to get back to a few which I would comment differently than you; Rooms far from each other – We had no indication that the rooms would be occupied by parents and children, if we had that indication we would have placed them close to each other Daily cleaning – according to our records, the rooms were cleaned daily during your stay Parking – The information on the website is that there is parking in the vicinity and that it is public. Dear Sir, once again I would like to thank you to bring to our attention some of those details which can enhance our guest experience and hope that you will not take my arguments above negatively as I believed that this forum is also a way to open dialogue between different point of view. We felt the rooms where a bit tight. Stayed one night so no issues there. Glad we added the breakfast, good meal to start the day and everything seemed to be fresh (loved the freshly squeezed juice) and the white honey.
