Overall was ok, nice and quiet and good location. Felt a bit claustrophobic and wished I could open my window fully. I would have preferred an iron in my room. The floor was a bit sticky (I think maybe too much soap when mopped, so just wore slippers) and didn’t live the smell of the towels, which probably the detergent used. Despite these things the service was friendly and enjoyed my time in Lisbon! Thank you

I stayed at the hotel for a conference. The place is clean and comfortable. I liked the breakfast provided in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Most spoke good English. I'd stay there again
