We stayed here for almost a week. 6 days to be exact, while we went out to explore beautiful Lisboa. We had no complaints about the hotel. Great location and was accessible even though it is on a steep hill. Rooms were generous in size and spacious. Comfortable climate controls and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Well located basic room served its purpose. Staff was exceptional. We enjoyed their smiles, courtesies, and language lessons! They were especially helpful on the phone when we had to make several last minute changes. Our one concern was the way the flimsy, foam bed mattresses would slide apart. We were constantly concerned about sliding off the side of the bed in the middle of the night or while sitting down on the side of the bed. (There was only one chair in the room for two people.)

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, with convenient access to two subway lines. The property is clean and well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally courteous and attentive. The only aspect that could be improved is the availability of a minibar in the guest rooms. Having stayed at numerous Ibis hotels around the world on many occasions, this was the first time I encountered a room that did not include a minibar. Adding this amenity would further enhance the overall guest experience.
