We had no complaints. Very comfortable bed and a great breakfast (juicer for orange juice; lactose -free milk) and felt welcomed and remembered by the staff each time we returned. It is a no-frills hotel but not lacking in all necessities.

Very impressed with excellent location, and cost benefit. My room on the 9th floor had a classic view of Lisbon, with even partial view on the river Tage. Comfortable bed (as always with group Accor).

Everything was fine on the first day, but on Monday the hotel was carrying out some works and the water from the toilet and shower was brown for several hours. The hotel did not inform us about this and did not provide bottled water, not even for basic needs such as washing our teeth or face with clean water.
