Everything was fine on the first day, but on Monday the hotel was carrying out some works and the water from the toilet and shower was brown for several hours. The hotel did not inform us about this and did not provide bottled water, not even for basic needs such as washing our teeth or face with clean water.

The room seems new and modern, space is ok as usual for Ibis standards, shower is very good. Loved the friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only thing I missed was a safe in the room.

The problem at Ibis Libertade is ventilation. AC in the room didn't work properly and it was both warm and the sir didn't feel fresh. Besides that we enjoyed the stay very much.

Excellent staff , clean rooms , à heathy walk to center but a good location . Two grocery stores not far . Not very many restaurants around but a good one at the hotel and all kinds of goodies to eat at the nearby Christmas Market up the hill , 15 minute walk . Will stay again if we ever come back. Merci . .
