Really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Lisboa Centro Liberdade. The location is good if you are okay with walking. It's about a ten-minute walk to two metro stations and a few minutes to Av. da Liberdade. Like many locations in Lisbon, the hotel is located on a fairly steep hill. The hotel itself was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the room had all I needed. The walls are quite thin, so I often heard noisy neighbours at night, which is my only complaint.

Fabulous city 4 night stay for Half Marathon with friends. Great welcome and extremely friendly staff . Room amenities good and breakfast had everything I needed. I had a larger room for myself and the extra space was useful. All areas clean and useful to have drinks and snacks available if desired. Hotel is in an excellent location.

Unacceptable T. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Management should train their employees to know ordinance laws at this location. Sent the email below on the 08th and still no response Hello, I request you urgently to take action against what has been happening at the Ibis Lisbon Barata Salgueiro in the last three days. Upon my arrival, I asked to be put in a room that was quiet and silent. On the first day I was placed in a room with a lot of noise during the night. I could not sleep after an entire day of work. I was told I would be moved to a better room, so had to pack everything and leave it at the storage room at 7am. I left to the city of Porto for the day, when I got back, at 10pm, I was given the same room that I complained about. Talked to the manager, he gave me a more spacious room on the seventh floor of the hotel. Moved again and was pleased with the resolution. However, this Saturday morning, at around 8:30, I woke up with a blustering noise coming from outside. Called the front desk and spoke to Tiago, who told me he would check. He called me back saying he could not hear any noise. (Please watch video attached). I called back asked by if he could call the police and file a complain, he said he could not. He could not anything. I asked if there was any ordinance that prohibits noise on the weekends - he said no, the noise was coming from outside and he could not help. I was infuriated!! I did some research and in fact there is legislation that forbids noise at 8am in Lisbon, it is called “regulamento geral do ruido”: It is prohibited to carry out temporary noisy activities near: a) Residential buildings, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and on weekdays between 8 pm and 8 am; b) Schools, during their opening hours; c) Hospitals or similar establishments. So, I came down and showed it to Tiago, which he refused to read. I read it for him. He was obnoxious and rude. I asked him to teach the authorities and he declined. So another lady came by and she called the police and I spoke to them. The police said they would check it out. This is truly unacceptable. I request ALL ACCOR reimburse me for my full stay.

Estimado Cliente, Agradecemos ter-nos dedicado o seu tempo para nos escrever no seguimento da sua estada no ibis Lisboa Centro Liberdade. Lamentamos que a prestação de serviço não tenha estado à altura das suas expectativas, pelo facto queira aceitar as nossas sinceras desculpas. Os hotéis Ibis desejam sempre prestar a melhor qualidade de serviço nas suas estadas, por consequente, a sua opinião é para nós fundamental. O Hotel já foi contactado pelo Customer Care Accor relativamente à sua reclamação, e de imediato foi instaurado um processo de inquérito para apurar todas as circunstâncias relatadas, e conseguimos apurar o seguinte: 1 - À chegada ao hotel 05/03, solicitou de forma mandatória, um Up Grade na Tipologia de quarto, solicitação esta que não foi satisfeita por impossibilidade de quarto de nível superior. Relembramos que a atribuição de Up Grade é oferecida mediante disponibilidade, e é elegível a partir do nível Gold, e caso tivesse sido possível o hotel teria disponibilizado com todo o prazer, mesmo tendo em conta que tem o nível Silver. 2- Na manhã do dia 6/3 referiu ter ouvido muito barulho, contudo não tivemos qualquer queixa de hóspedes que estavam no mesmo piso, e este piso esteve todo ocupado. Foi oferecida a possibilidade de troca de quarto, e na realidade desceu a sua bagagem, e por lapso nosso, o que reconhecemos em absoluto, não foi efetuada a troca, razão pela qual teve que ocupar o mesmo quarto em virtude do hotel estar completo. Tem toda a razão nesta situação, e pedimos as sinceras desculpas por este facto. 3- No dia 7/3, não falou comigo, mas sim com o Assistente (Pedro), e foi efetuada a troca de quarto. 4 - No dia 8/03 de manhã indicou estar a ouvir ruídos intensos, mas uma vez nenhum hóspede se queixou, e os Colaboradores ao Serviço Tiago e Carla, não conseguiram ouvir o ruído que mencionou. De facto o Tiago não chamou a Polícia porque para além de não ouvir o barulho, sentiu-se verdadeiramente intimidado pela forma como se dirigiu a ele (os outros Colaboradores ao serviço confirmam que a forma como se dirigiu ao Colaborador não foram corretas e aceitáveis). A Colaboradora Carla fez a ligação para a policia e passou-lhe o telefone. O que é um facto é que durante todo o dia a Polícia nunca se apresentou no hotel, pelo que desconhecemos em absoluto as diligências que menciona. No que respeita ao Colaborador Tiago é com grande estranheza que recebemos um comentário tão negativo. Fazemos esta afirmação porque recebemos dezenas de comentários honrosos e a felicitar a disponibilidade e simpatia deste Colaborador, comentários estes que podem ser comprovados através de uma breve pesquisa nos comentários do hotel. Pela falha de não ter sido efetuada a troca de quarto no dia 06/03, reconhecemos abertamente e com humildade o nosso erro, e reiteramos o nosso sincero pedido de desculpa, e porque reconhecemos o nosso erro 2.000 pontos All foram creditados na sua conta do Programa de Fidelidade All. Mais uma vez, agradecemos os seus comentários e esperamos reconquistar a sua confiança aquando de uma próxima estada.
