Good location, friendly and helpful staff, affordable and clean rooms. We stayed there for a week and our room got cleaned every day and we got fresh towels every other day, and we didn’t request to replace our towels that often. The only complaint is the room I booked didn’t have a refrigerator/mini bar to keep my allergy medicine refrigerated. Other than that it was perfect.

The location of the hotel is near a lot of places. The staff are so nice and friendly. The room is a little small, but clean and does the job. A lot of rooms in Europe is on the small side.

We have now stayed in this hotel several times as a couple and with friends. It's clean, it's basic and the staff are excellent. Within walking distance there are several excellent eateries and the central area of Rossio is again a short walk away.
