Wonderful staff who were helpful with everything. Room was comfortable and beautiful. The air conditioning in our room (920) didn’t work well and I wish there was a shelf in the shower. Otherwise an amazing stay.

Stayed at the Lisbon hotel for three nights. Staff was friendly from the beginning of the stay to the end. We had a very nice room. The only reason I gave a score of 9 instead of a 10 was because the AC in the room tended not to stay on and it got warm in the room during the night. Seems like something the hotel can easily fix for future stays.
