We have stayed multiple times at this hotel - our favorite location in Lisbon. Had a few issues this stay, but would still choose it again in the future. We had a problem with the nespresso machine which took some time to resolve. Also had interruptions with TV service.

Hotel is nice and staff is very friendly. Good connections to go downtown. Room had a very limited view to the backyard. Bar is open, however in groudn floor inside, no e.g. roof terrasse available
