En cuanto a la petición de un colchón más firme, entendemos la importancia de la comodidad y lamentamos que no hemos podido satisfacer su petición en esta ocasión, ya que actualmente no tenemos otras opciones disponibles. En cuanto a la cena, nuestro restaurante puede estar sujeto a reservas para eventos privados en determinadas ocasiones, lo que puede limitar el acceso a los huéspedes. Le agradecemos su comprensión a este respecto.
