Hotel was well located and the staff very professional. However, the mattress was worn out and extremely soft, primarily due to the thick mattress cover they used to mask the old mattress. This is a comment raised by many recent guest reviews. Management should act on this issue!

Staff is excellent, particularly the concierges and restaurant. Tomas, Victor, George, John. . . all excellent. (By the way, why are the women only in housekeeping??) Anyway they were all professional and most helpful. The lobby, restaurant, and bar areas need some attention to match the quality of the staff. Really annoying music can't be adjusted for volume or genre; we really couldn't hear each other over it while waiting for others to join us. Good meals and service in the restaurant. Room was small but clean. There is very little surface area on which to set anything and the bathroom needs more hooks on which to hang clothes, towels (there was only one).

Everything was fine except the mattress on the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. New mattresses are needed at this hotel. Other people complained as well that were in my travel group. However, the other accommodations were fine and the staff were extremely accommodating. Thank you.

Advantages: great location, walking distance to brands boutiques Disadvantage: was not recognized well by reception for my loyalty, was not givin priority for early check in, breakfast buffet was disappointing limited options not even a toast!

The room was small and mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. It sagged and I could feel the springs. I expected more from a 5 star hotel and also from the price paid.

We are ALL diamond status and as such, try very hard to stay within the ALL network. However, there is a significant difference amongst ALL properties. Outside of its location, there is very little this property has going for it. Customer service is average to non-existent. ALL status is not well-recognized. Even the coffee maker in our room didn’t work without an easy alternative. Will not return.

Friendly, courteous, proficient service staff! Perfect location. My only suggestions would be to (a) remediate or replace the bed mattress which in my reserved room was a mountain in the middle and slopped to the sides, and (b) provide more drawer space for clothing items.

Looks like walking back into the 70s. Our 900 euro room overlooked a back alley and garage bins. No accessible sockets except the ones on the floor. Breakfast service was being cleared away an hour before closing, no new or hot food. Bed was like sleeping in a marshmallow. I could go on.
