Location wise is excellent . Staff at front reception helpful & friendly . Though hotel rooms are dated & needs a fresh renovation. They are well cleaned & comfortable . Power plugs location can be improved to place at desk levels for convenient charging if lap tops & devices . Wardrobe space can be better designed for space & crbtiksyob .

Best location for sightseeing. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower/bathroom by European standards. Attentive staff. A homeless man asked two ladies standing in front of the hotel for money and one of the staff came out from the lobby right away to help with the situation.

we had a wonderful time during our stay. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I would like to extend my warm thank you to them for going out of their way and arranging for a small cake and champagne for my daughters birthday, A special shout out to Phillip at the conceirge who helped us with suggestions on restaurants and sightseeing.

The rooms are comfortable, and the public areas are very modern and recently updated , parts of the hotel are still tired . The evening meal in the restaurant was good although with an interesting choice of dishes but somewhat limited , the buffet breakfast whiles extensive was disappointing in particular the eggs Benedict which was very poor a piece of ham on a lightly toasted soggy piece of bread with a poached egg and tasteless hollandaise .... a 2 star breakfast in a 5 star hotel
