Staff was friendly, the room was small tired and a bit shabby for a class type of luxury room. Single bar was busy and not a lot of space. Misleading photos of the website shows a nice outside space to relax - this is a suite rather than another bar - eg roof top terrace. What a shame. Breakfast was inedible - my wife had to leave her food untouched as some guests decided sneezing on the buffet was acceptable. It’s not. Overall a poor stay, poor room, inedible breakfast (thanks other guests) and small bar. The porter was very good though and needs singling out. This is certainly not a 5* Hotel - how you got this classification is beyond me.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for my first trip to Lisbon! It’s located in a peaceful part of the city while still being close to everything. Having the Avenida station right outside made getting around by subway effortless. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with all the right amenities. Breakfast was fantastic - great variety without feeling overwhelming. Above all, the staff were exceptional: professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. I’d recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!
