From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the upmost kindness. I had many interactions with 3x male members of the team working on reception last week. Each of them helped me, looked after me and went above and beyond for anything that I asked. As a solo female customer I really appreciated all of their kindness. The cleaning ladies were kind too, always said hello, smiling and one of them even helped me find my room haha! The room was so spacious, comfortable and perfect for working. The hotel is near by a park where I would wonder to enjoy the sunshine and super easy to walk in and out of the centre. Lots of coffee shops near by too. For the price, it was totally fantastic and would recommend in a heart beat.

The matrasses were very hard, the pillows extremely thin (barely worth the name), the water did not become warm for showering or remained warm for 10 seconds, breakfast was very limited and disappointing.
