The hotel is well located right in the city center. You can walk anywhere in the center from the hotel. Simple breakfast but all fresh. The rooms are ok, as excepted for Ibis standard rooms.

The hotel is very well located, extremely comfortable. The best part was: we went during the winter and the heating was on, so we walked into a warm room. The not so great part was: pressure on the shower can be improved.

I found the gentleman who checked us in was very professional, flexible and his customer service skills were excellent. We decided to buy breakfast and the lady who was running the section really ‘owned’ it by constantly cleaning down and restocking and tidying up. Our room was so comfortable..... especially the bed!!

Tthe cleanliness of the room was horrible, full of dust. My wife had an allergic crisis and we had to change rooms. In addition, one of the receptionists was very rude to a foreign guest who did not have a passport. He was right, but he didn't have to be so rude. It was the worst hotel experience we've ever had.

Nothing to really write home about. Good for very short stays. Room too small and very cookie cutter. Lacking in basic amenities like a box of tissues and hand towels. These dont cost much. Also not safes or kettle. So basically shower, sleep and go. Service very limited.

Honestly it's the first time in my life that I arrive in an hotel and I receive a room that had not been cleaned up (used towels hanging on the wall and balck hears in the bed). Nothing more to say.

Clean and tidy room as can be expected from this brand. Particularly pleased with the large size of the room which allowed us to spread out. Very good bed. Good breakfast for 6Euro. Central and easy walking distance to the main area.
