I stayed at the hotel with my parents. My father was with wheelchair and I did reservation one day earlier and I asked for a chair to be put in the bath room for my father and the guy from the reception said that there is a chair.On our check in date there was another guy and he said differently that there is no chair available for him which was weird for me. I told him that his colleague said it’s available but now why not ?!! He responded me roughly and said then ask him which was not polite at all for me . Even on our date of check in we said good morning and that guy didn’t reply us. A receptionist should deal with the hotel clients very politely and should smile nicely . Not like him (unfortunately I don’t remember his name ) . Such type of employs would change the reputation of the hotel.

Room was ok. Staff at check-in and check-out could have showed a warmer attitude. For the breakfast we would have liked some more options, such as warm sausage and/or grilled tomato.

Everything was correct, the staff excellent and really available to meet the needs of customers. Only the breakfast was of a somewhat lower level (with the exception of the daily natural juice, of excellent quality).

It was 3 days short, business related, but great stay! We requested a room in a quiet area and it was provided and any other requests we found necessary they also fulfill our requests, always in a friendly way. No doubt we sincerely recommend it!

All good, but bedroom and bed linen were too warm.

The bedroom was too warm and the bed only had a very warm duvet and no top sheet. I had to open a window to stay cool and sleep with no sheets. All the rest was great.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, great bed, amazing showers, great bathrorobes and toiletries. Drinks at the Mini bar were free. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet being mounted way high. Felt like I was in a stool.

Very pleasant stay. Staff are attentive, helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was fine. Chose a la carte dinner instead of buffet and the meal was excellent. Located a short walk to the city centre

Great to stay at the hotel. Building is really Nice, the room is Very big and confortable. Breakfast is great as also people ready for help you. I really recomend I’m greatfull for all and Count on me i Will come Back for sure
