The WiFi did not work at all throughout the stay; I complained many times with no resolution. The iron and iron board are almost not available. The breakfast is extremely limited for Muslims (Halal food); the scrambled eggs are placed right next to pork in same container that we Muslims cannot even eat scrambled eggs. The lifts are extremely slow.

When I checked in I was asked to pay but a reservation had already been made by another person and had been/will be paid by that person. I informed the reception clerk about this. The next day when I checked out the reception clerk - a different person this time - asked me again. When the same mistake happens twice in less than 24 hours something weird is going on. I don't know why this is happening and, quite frankly, I don't want to know. Just please please don't let this happen again, it's so unprofessional.

Good room size but poor furniture and design. Large sitting room but without any coffee table. The lighting is dim and localized making the whole sitting room dark. The air conditioning is not working properly.

am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially because of the behavior and attitude of the front desk staff. I had already made and paid for my reservation through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I was kept waiting at the front desk for almost one hour. There were rooms available, but instead of helping me and providing the room I had already paid for, the staff kept me waiting without giving me a proper explanation. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the front desk staff. I did not feel welcomed or respected as a paying guest. The way the situation was handled was very unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have stayed in many hotels in different countries, and I rarely leave such a negative review, but this was one of my worst hotel experiences. The breakfast was also disappointing, and the room did not meet the standard I expected. Good customer service starts with treating every guest with respect, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, I did not feel that here. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

the room and the staff were nice, but the breakfast wasn't at all. when I arrived (8am), all of the tables were dirty and only 1 left was clean to use. the food was only ok, could have more options and more fresh bakery.

Close to both the Forum Braga and the city centre, spacious rooms and a rooftop swimming pool (the pool is a bit small, but still a recommendation). The breakfast includes bread, fruit, eggs, bacon, and various yoghurt options.

I had made a reservation for two and paid breakfast for one person. However during the stay my mother which was accompagnying me could not go to the 1st floor to get breakfast and I brought the breakfast at her room. The hotel therefore charged me breakfast for one more person so I ended up paying 57 euros in addition to the money I had already paid. Apart from that no one had informed about it neither when I went to pick the breakfast nor when I checked out . Instead they informed me after I have left the hotel and I was at the airport. I would like to mention that I did not eat breakfast at all because I had business meetings all day. Due to that I was very dissatisfied with my stay in the hotel and I will think twice before I ever book again with your hotels. If there were any additional costs I should have been informed when I picked breakfast and not afterwards and in proper English which the hotel service was in many cases unable to speak.
