The good:- Our room was lovely & the bed was very comfortable. The lovely ladies Amelia & Elma were fantastic members of staff who went the extra mile for us. The bad:- The food was absolutely terrible (breakfast was just ok) & we had to send it back at dinner time. If you sit in the garden, they ask you to pay for it before you even get it! The staff were the most miserable we've ever dealt with especially on the reception desk and especially the men. From we first checked in, there was no smiles, no 'welcome to the Ibis, Portugal, we hope you enjoy your stay' and no 'Is there anything else I can help you with?' We are frequent travellers & we have never known staff to be as miserable anywhere we've been. Perhaps some top up training, would be beneficial.

Needed an overnight stay close to airport and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was clean, the mattress was a little thin but comfortable overall.

Good, clean simple place with parking and helpful staff. Only €13 for a taxi into central Lisbon. Would recommend!

We were two families of total of 4 guests. We enjoyed all the hotels facilities and regular perks we like: good bed and linen, the showers and toiletries and of course the friendly receptionists and staff. We liked the breakfast and two parking options.
