I may have made a mistake by clicking twice on "book" as there were two rooms booked for 1 person on my name. Your cilleague deleted one withut hesitating : that's fine! However as an accor privilege member I had some remarks: Welcome drink was not offered at registration - I had to ask for it. Asking the bartender what I could get he did not mention 'wine' where I asked for. He insisted ("these are our rules!") that wine was not included. I had to show what you write for your hotel and finally the manager confirmed- fine. I was asked to pay immediately while I asked whu not tomorrow when I am leaving ? "these are our rules" I am travelling a lot and most of the time there is indeed reservation on my credit card but no direct debiting. I took a meal and was asked to also pay immediately second debit on my credit card. I asked to get tomorrow a bill for all expenditures ... yes it will be ! Then they asked if my car was at the parking and I had to pay again = third debit with my credit card ! That in our company accounting these are considered 'three lines - three expenditures and all for 1 bill => where all could be (as normal I would say) 1 bill 1 payment. I saw your people with the slogan "feel at home " I have to ask what do you mean exactly with this ? Feel like at YOUR home or Feel like at MY home ? Because the way I felt treated it was YOUR home and her strange rules ... As a last remark I have to say that compared with what I experience my self I feel that the price for the service delivered is about 25% above what it deserves.

A decent stay but left with a bad taste. Parking is chargeable at €3 per day — even for guests!! What nonsense would this be having to pay €3 per day for guest that arrive in vehicles? Is this some sort of trying to add profit off guests? Don’t care whether gold or platinum, there is no complimentary parking at all. This is an absolute farce.
