Pleasant, clean and modern room. Facilities well planned. Friendly, helpful staff. BUT access and exit through exceptionally narrow gates mean it’s virtually impossible to access with modern caravans and motor homes. Perhaps your website should include a warning…or you could change access by having one large, single gate?

Website says air conditioning… there’s no air conditioning

The website says that there is air conditioning but there isn’t. The room was very hot. I’m at the Ibis in Évora at the moment and they do have air conditioning. Please get an air conditioning system installed in Setúbal or remove air conditioning from the website

The hotel is really needing some renovation, the bathroom doors didn't work well. The light switch's were broken. Some lamps were broken. The water from the shower goes out and the bathroom gets all wet. Overall it need a big improvement.
