worst hotel experience I've ever had, when I arrived at the hotel I knew that the entrance is only released at 15:00 which I think is absurd, even so I waited in the car until the time. Exactly at 15:00 I went to check in my reservation and after making the advance payment for two nights and filling out all the forms, the receptionist totally untrained informs me that she will check if the room was ready, as a result I waited 30 minutes for them to finish tidying up. my room and I only got it because I complained because I think it's absurd. On the first day I was woken up at 6:00 am by a fire alarm ringing throughout the Hotel I was desperate thinking it was a fire but it was just a defect in the kitchen fire alarm, this alarm kept ringing from 6 am to 11 am in the morning, making it impossible for everyone to be able to sleep or rest. When I called complaining at the reception, the employees did not know what was happening, I asked to speak with the manager / director after 3 hours and 4 trips to the reception, the attendant called him and the answer was that he would give me a 25% discount on my room, a total lack of respect for their guests, so I canceled my other night that I had already paid for and went to stay in a real hotel.

Dear Olimpio, We thank you for your comment that was properly analysed. Regarding the check in and check out time and it´s information, we inform that it’s available in all booking websites. Whenever it is possible and depending on our availability, the rooms are usually delivered when ready. As far as the receptionists are concerned, we would like to inform you that actually we are training new colleagues and as it is normal they aren’t that skilled as the “older” colleagues. It is with our great expectation that very shortly they will be highly prepared and conveniently skilled. Regarding the alarm which is always very sensible issue, on that day it sounded due to a fault in our fire detection systems at the lobby/front-desk. The situation was promptly made a priority so we could inform the majority of the rooms in order to minimize the disturbance of all our guests. Accept our most sincere apologies. We are looking forward to see you again with our compromise to continue doing more and better in order to offer our best service to all our clients. Best regards. Duarte Ferreira - Manager

We had 2 rooms as a family deal. Nice and clean, a bit remote from downtown - it's at least 30 minutes by car. The restaurant downstairs doesn't serve alcohol.
