I lost an item here, which I understand is my fault but I have called the front desk 5 times to see if they have it, and every time they “call housekeeping and will call me back.” I never receive a call back and no one seems to be helpful with this situation.

A very nice stay. The room was nice and clean, with water bottle. Good breakfast, and nice service minded staff.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the outcome of my recent hotel experience. Notably, I was charged for a service for which I had already redeemed points as a discount. Furthermore, despite making two prior inquiries to confirm the status of my reservation, the issue was not rectified upon check-in. It has been 12 days since my departure, and despite being assured of a resolution, I have yet to receive any communication from the hotel.

I have had feeling of surrounding dirt, grey towels, sticky floor, room smell so much with air-fresher that you can't breathe... The view unpleasant and loud when you open the window, and AC to loud. Summing up disappointment
