Fast check-in, clean rooms, comfortable bed. The room service menu felt quite limited, and the attached restaurant with more variety was a bit expensive. Of course, this only applied to me because I arrived late at night and was staying for just the night, so going out for dinner was not an option.

The hotel has free parking which is awesome and the hotel is situated in a perfect location easy to access. All the staff members were very polite and helpful and the stay was great overall. There was however a small communication issue between housekeeping and the reception where I asked for a late check out and housekeeping knocked on my door twice. But other than that prefect

The hotel is a bit outdated but clean and it is quite easy to park a car. My customers were disappointed by the fact there is no alcohol at the restaurant.

The hotel whilst not in Lisbona it's self was achievable to get there by public transport. The room was spacious and the tea and coffee were replaced daily. The breakfasts were self service with a variety of offerings. If going to airport a shuttle can be arranged at reception but leave plenty of time due to traffic.

Good location if you want to be out of Lisboa but still accessible. Easy to find. Very good breakfast. Staff excellent and very helpful. Only downside was that the rooms are getting a bit run down, with chipped furniture. Very quiet.
