The welcoming at the reception was impeccable with Beatriz. The rooms could be a bit more modern but the bathroom was very well designed and modern. The cleanliness was 10/10. For such a short stay, I did not have the chance to explore the restaurant/bar and pool, but the outside area was equipped with a pool (for adults), a kids pool and a playground, definitely worth it in warmer days.

Everything was great. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel as such is extremely comfortable. The only unfortunate exception, for me, was the staff member at the bar/restaurant which I intended to visit on my first night. The restaurant is nearly empty: no stress, no rush. The person at the bar sorts certain business papers or something. I stand in front of him. Obviously, I need something. One minute passes, 2, 3. The person shows absolutely no acknowledgement of my presence there. I am sorry to say, even in a neutral situation I feel this is disrespectful: if someone were looking at me that way, I'd ask, hey, do you want something from me? Here, it is doubly disrespectful: obviously, I am a paying customer. I am working in a retail business myself; in our store there is an iron rule: if a customer enters the room, YOU JUMP UP to them. No such luck here. I have briefly expressed my dissatisfaction, and left. Well, it's gonna be Burger King, then. At least, there I was greeted and made feel welcome. So I cannot say anything about the restaurant at your premises. I am really sorry to say all that and to be so negative on this - admittedly minor - point. Again, everything else was amazing, and I had a very enjoyable stay.
