I stayed 3 nights in Mercure Inverness everything was top notch room cleanness was great food and F&b service was amazing. Best part all the staff was very kind and highly professional food was top notch I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Jo and Akansha was very helpful in Front desk rest all the staff was amazing. Keep it up the great work.

Wow,.just brilliant experience. A room allocation snag was sorted efficiently and with a smile on arrival. Food was great, staff were friendly and always ready with extra tea bags and milk when needed! Had to stay an extra night due to the snow and it was done easily. Really happy, would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter for 2 nights, and the location was excellent. It's situated right in the city, with plenty of nice food options, shopping, and major places of interest all within walking distance.
