Car park in central location next to the river. But car parking spaces is cramped. Bathroom is modern, but I actually perfer bathtub, espcially with young children. Room is tried. Bed not too small thought. No smart tv. Street side rooms espcially noisy.

I stayed 3 nights in Mercure Inverness everything was top notch room cleanness was great food and F&b service was amazing. Best part all the staff was very kind and highly professional food was top notch I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Jo and Akansha was very helpful in Front desk rest all the staff was amazing. Keep it up the great work.

Wow,.just brilliant experience. A room allocation snag was sorted efficiently and with a smile on arrival. Food was great, staff were friendly and always ready with extra tea bags and milk when needed! Had to stay an extra night due to the snow and it was done easily. Really happy, would stay again.
