A great location for the shopping centre next door, easy to find. Room was clean and quiet but much updating in the hotel is needed to reflect the nightly price. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We were disappointed to find the pool was shut. Breakfast was very good, large selection. Service in bar was quick.

Very shabby. Pool closed. Bar closed early.

The location was perfect for us for a shopping trip. We asked about the pool but was told it was closed. Went out again in the evening, returned about 10.15 and the bar was closed. Room very shabby. Carpet was threadbare, it smelled (used a spray deodorant to try to mask the smell). The pillow cases has marks on them. Overall, we just used the room to sleep in and have a quick shower before leaving. Didn’t do breakfast due to such a disappointing environment.

No issues but needs updating, expensive for a very run down hotel.

Had a problem with the people I had booked hotel with. The lovely reception team went above and beyond to sort it out. I don't think I would have been able to!

Was very disappointed, our room was very dated and there was a chair that was covered in rips and holes We was not informed that this hotel was full of refugees , breakfast was ok, good selection but the other residents used there hands rather than utensils provided to pick up foods etc There was no body wash left in the dispenser Was very poor would not recommend or return
