F&B manager Lisa went above and beyond while I stayed at this hotel. Made me feel very welcome 🙏 and kept me company at the bar when I was waiting on my partner arriving. (whilst she was on bar and restaurant duty) Big shout out to her! The shower was good but requested for a room with the jet shower and was told those rooms were upgrades but when I went in both separate rooms were identical. The heating in the room needs improvement as was still cold when on 30c. Good price though at £58 per night (February time) will gladly go back due to the welcoming staff and location.

Good food at good prices

Hotel room was basic but clean, had everything we needed for a night's stay. Beds were comfy, and no issues with noise or light. The hotel itself was quite cold, we could use the heater in our room which was fine, but other areas such as the dining area would have been more comfortable if they had been a bit warmer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was the food, we were offered a meal and wine special at check in which we took because the roads around the hotel didn't make it possible to walk elsewhere for dinner. We were really impressed, the food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The menu choices were a bit limited but the quality was very good. Breakfast the next morning was also very good, we would definitely stay here again.
