Only one bar of signal with EE and the hotel WiFi is 2mb at best - not even stable enough to do Teams audio call

The hotel itself was fine, really great location, good parking etc Its showing its age in places, a bit dated but it was clean , the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Then sadly a couple of negatives.. The Wifi !!!! or lack of... Not really expected in this day and age but the Wifi was found slower than the slowest making any necessary Internet activities unbearable. The front desk suggested connecting to a server called "Conference" but this had no benefit and found with exactly the same Slow speed., Unreliable and continually disconnecting The background noise in the room was quite loud.. from early morning when upstairs residents were waking through to the early hours when they retire , their footsteps as they traverse around causes squeeks and creaks to the floorboards.. Other than that-- all was good

Firstly, the booking system you have is a customer deterrent. You seem to use a USA based provider, and my credit card flags it as fraud. That's not very good for business is it. I thus had to book via Booking.com, which probably costs you 20%. The site was excellent, room clean and good shower. The bun fight for breakfast was interesting, and it shows you are very busy.
