Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Had difficulty locating hotel using postcode and could not recognise the building as the photo on the website was that of the Bristol Mercure! Phoned hotel and a receptionist kindly came and guided us in. Great service!! Room and bed very clean and comfortable. Evening meal was fine. Carpeting throughout let the hotel down - threadbare in places. Needs replacing everywhere, corridors and bedrooms.
