We arrived late in the evening, we were warmly welcomed but after that the experience died. We went down for an early morning drink, but our room number was demanded for breakfast. The breakfast was very disappointing (Premier Inn is much better, and Travelodge is better too.)

We loved.the 24/7 availability to have coffee or juice when you want, the way it is.laid out is fantastic for.mingling with other people, the rooms were small but have everything you need, super clean and tidy. Only down side was the beds were a little hard

I checked in online, booked and payed for the following mornings breakfast and reception couldn't find the meal booking when I came in. That was off putting. Eventually they found it, but that was unnecessary.

Enjoyed a great two night break whilst exploring Edinburgh. Excellent location and very easy to find, just off Gyle Centre tram stop - only 15 minutes into the City. Reception team friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and fresh, room (although basic) was just what we needed and again, clean and fresh. Complimentary tea and coffee from the bar area was appreciated. Bed extremely comfortable and heating / cooling was easy to control. Quiet - was not disturbed by other guests or outdoor noise. Shower excellent. Breakfast offering was simple but tasty, fresh and filling. Didn't have to wait for anything to be replenished and again, friendly and helpful staff. This might be a budget hotel and this was the first time experiencing a hotel in Edinburgh. It did exactly what we hoped for - a warm welcome, clean and comfortable room for an excellent price, just outside the city.

What a wonderful review to receive, and our sincere thanks for writing so generously. Words like these are the finest compliment the team could hope for, and they have brought smiles all round. Clean and simple room, ideal for an early flight at Edinburgh Airport (taxi is around £17!). Bed was super comfy. Only criticism was the toilet door, no matter how hard you try you can't close it quietly as it's a magnet closure, not good at 3 in the morning. Staff were really friendly too.

Hotel is in a great location right beside the tram stop and bus stop. Very close also to the airport. Rooms comfortable and free tea and coffee down in reception.

Even so, our rates remain among the most competitive in the area and sit well below those of the city centre.
