When we checked in, I had to ask for my bunk bed to be made and towels to be brought to the room. The following night, when we came back to the hotel from a day trip, I found out that the bunk bed was left exactly as I had left it the night before, i.e. the bed had not been made again. Speaking to the recepfion staff, they thought the room had juat 2 people, not 3. Not happy with the cleanliness either. You could see the room was "cleaned" very quickly. In one of the days, we found a plastic bottle that we had thrown in the bin was laying on the bedroom floor. The tv was not working properly and all we could watch was youtube, on a quite unstable wifi connection.

Bare, cold, echoey room. Continental breakfast, no cooked items. I bit like staying in IKEA for the night.
