Tea and coffee making facilities are available at any hour in our lounge downstairs, free of charge, and our bean coffee is complimentary with breakfast and £2 thereafter, our team is always happy to point guests towards them. As for our rates, they move with demand in the same way they do across the hospitality industry, and Edinburgh's peak season lifts prices city-wide. Ours remain among the most competitive in the area and sit considerably below what the city centre asks.
