Ibis is my first choice when traveling. Edinburg staff menbers were really nice, kind, friendly. Free coffee and tea warm our hearts, umbrella rent - amazing, nice to have lagguge weight, very nice location, … all in all great!

Aircon didnt work woke up at 5am frozen and had to get fan heater from reception

Room was very cold - heating was set at 26 degrees but was very cold and duvets very thin. Breakfast was excellent.

Ibis budget is the best of the budget chains, but every visit I have to check the heater. Every visit I find it’s not working and I have to go back to reception. The heater needs to work. Without me asking.

I’m sorry the heating has been unreliable across multiple visits. That isn’t acceptable, and it’s not something you should have to raise each time at reception. It was close to where my family was but was impressed that my towels was changed every day and breakfast was ok but did miss my banana
