A wonderful hotel with a great location, quiet at night and only 10 minutes by train to the city center, clean rooms, well-equipped with very nice staff in every department, especially Mr. Guillaume from the reception.

Third time at the hotel and it’s always a great experience. Helpful staff and well kept rooms and facilities. A great location for hopping into town on the tram or heading off further afield by the close proximity to main roads.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. There were many amenities in the hotel (pool, steam room, sauna, bar, restaurant) and many amenities close by (Aldi, Tesco, Costa, etc.). The only thing I would change is that the bed was not the most comfortable. Loved the close proximity to the tram to take into the city. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful.

Great location for our short stay. Convenient to tram line between airport and city. We were able to store suitcases early in the morning, head into the city for sightseeing and check in later. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable room and nice breakfast
