We stayed for 4 nights. Valentin, on checking us in, made us feel very welcome and recognised our membership status appropriately. Everyone of the team working at the Hotel were great, so polite and friendly.

One night stay prior to flying out of EHR. Friendly staff, nice decor & room, comfortable bed allowing a good sleep. Bathroom generously sized. Nespresso machine in Exec room much appreciated. Slight difficulty with finding right route via satnav but staff compensated with free parking for the night. Only niggle - closing mechanism for top half of window was broken & window therefore didn’t seal completely letting in some traffic noise.

Always receive a welcome with a smile. Also got a nice little upgrade to an executive room on the top floor. Staff is always very helpful and friendly and you got one of the best breakfasts in the hotel industry.

Stayed one night for work. Was upgraded to executive suite. Clean room, great facilities. Friendly staff. Room services was quick and easy. Breakfast was great. Check out easy. Got free parking because I signed up to something. Normally would’ve been £12 which ideally you wouldn’t have to pay for parking but it’s fine. Was handy enough.
