Despite it’s not “in the city”, the hotel is awesome located. You can take the Tram line and in max. 20 minutes you are there.

Great stay overall. However, the joy was curtailed when I lent that my I couldn't get a decent late checkout even when I requested for this more than 24 hours before checkout time regardless of my gold membership status with Accor/ALL.

Dear Godfrey, Thank you for your recent review of our hotel - we truly appreciate your taking the time to complete this survey, as it gives us an idea of how your stay went. You mentioned that you did not get a late check-out at the end of your stay, however when I checked the system, I see that you departed at 2 pm, and our records show that, indeed, a late departure at 2 o'clock was granted. I spoke to the receptionists on duty last Sunday and they mentioned that they also offered the option of a later check-out. We do try our best to accommodate all requests, especially the requests made by our valued Accor members, as it is very important to us to offer an outstanding level of service. I am sorry that this did not show on this occasion, and I hope that you give us another chance in the future.
