Dear Anne, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that unfortunately, your experience with us was subpar due to issues with staff during your check-in. I am sorry that the staff did not look entirely confident with the system. I can confirm that, indeed, we have just migrated to a new operational system in the hotel. The reception team has received thorough training, however, the first few days actually getting to use the system are expected to be slower. I am so sorry that this impacted your stay negatively. I am happy to confirm that the situation has now improved drastically, and I am confident that on your next stay you will not feel that we are lacking in this aspect. I would also like to mention that all our staff members speak English fluently - I am not sure what kind of issues you have experienced, as you do not go into detail, but please feel free to contact me directly to discuss this further - I am always happy to follow up with the team regarding any issues so that we can keep improving the quality of our services.
