I recently attended a two-week NEBOSH training course at Novotel Edinburgh Park, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and facilities. The training room was top-notch, equipped with excellent tea and coffee facilities, and complemented by delicious morning, mid-morning, and afternoon treats. Isabella, who efficiently brought these refreshments to us, was a real standout. Her impeccable manner and service were truly commendable. Isabella is a real credit to the hotel, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The Novotel Edinburgh Park provided an excellent environment for our training—highly recommended!

We stayed Fri-Sun for my wife's 50th birthday celebration, and the hotel and staff were brilliant, a great hotel, very clean and immaculate! . I also booked birthday celebration package for when we arrived. Room had birthday banners and balloons up. Also came with with a bottle of prosecco and Scottish shortbread (kids loved the later). Would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again if ever in Edinburgh. Has easy access to the city centre, 2minute walk to the metro station and about 10-15 mins directly to the centre, bonus at the time of going as the Xmas markets were on. Hotel is also close to the the airport and easily accessible by car with an ample secure car park. Excellent buffet breakfast, never ate in the hotel at night as we were in city centre. Good hotel bar and reasonable prices. The hotel has pool on lower ground floor which is warm, also has a sauna and steam room. Across the road from the hotel there is also a KFC and Krispy Kreme donut store that the kids loved, as could take to the hotel room, plus a stones throw to a Tesco superstore.

Excellent parking, speedy check in. Friendly efficient staff. The room (5th floor) was quiet, and like the rest of the hotel-spotless!

We were upgraded to executive room with balcony, beautiful room and bathroom , location near train station and tram, wouldnt hesitate to stay again
