The Novotel at Edinburgh Park was a very pleasant hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parking was available on site for a fee and public transport (train and tram) were close by. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Overall happy with my stay in Novotel Edinburgh Park

I am sorry that the breakfast service seemed to be slow. I checked the dates of your stay, and I can see that you stayed during the beginning of the Christmas holidays, which are one of the busiest times for us. Novotel Edinburgh park located at a convenient place where you can access the tram easily. Retail park just opposite helps to source what you need in a pinch. KFC next door was great for a late night snack. more than all that, what we loved was that the Guests were well looked after by providing what’s promised. Breakfast was awesome. Please don’t change the full Scottish breakfast. That’s was great! Pool was awesome too. My daughter told me to book this hotel again if we are coming to Edinburgh just because of the pool. What you can improve would be to have more soap and shampoo in the pool area since they run out towards the end of the day.

Enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. We have stayed here before and like how easy it is to get into the city by tram. I think the hotel has had a bit of an overhaul as everything in the room seamed fresher. A good plentiful breakfast was also on offer so overall very happy and will definitely use this hotel again.
