We had a great stay for 2 nights cannot fault the hotel in any way. The staff were very helpful and cheerful and the room was clean and functional.

The hotel is centrally located but all our rooms were positioned at the front of the hotel, alongside a main road and opposite a very noisy night club which continued until the early hours. This is obviously a well known problem as they provide ear plugs in each room. If we stayed again, we would insist on a room at the back of the hotel.

I could hear the nightclub till 4.30 am.

Room was clean, we were at the back of the hotel looking at the bowling alley. Heard no noise from the bars outside, bed was very comfortable shower was great,loads of pressure and very hot.would defiantly stay again if we went back to carlisle
