The location is perfect, room is basic. The floor had bits in it, and windowsill was not dusted. Out of date milk sachet :-( Also when we down for breakfast, we genuinely booked one adult by mistake, not realising that we had only paid for one breakfast. The man who was at reception, wasn’t very discreet & made us feel uncomfortable. My husband got his card & paid straightaway. Also no vegetarian options available. It was a pleasant stay but just felt a little awkward after.

Regarding the vegetarian breakfast options, we do advertise at the entrance to the breakfast room that guests are welcome to ask our team if they require alternative breakfast items. In addition, our buffet offers a variety of vegetarian choices, including baked beans, three types of eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns, cereals, fresh fruit, and cheeses. We are sorry if this was not made clear during your visit or if the selection did not meet your expectations.
