Annoyed by the knocking on our door, when I opened it to see 3 youths calmly walking down the corridor knocking on every door. Reported it to Reception to be told that it was not the first time. If they can get access so easily who else might try something serious more serious? It will not stop us from staying again but we will be more alert to who is in the building, as I hope the staff will also.

Do not stay here. It’s on a hideous street filled with night clubs. On a Monday night (yes, a Monday) I didn’t get to sleep until 4am despite two sets of double glazing and noise cancelling headphones. Lou’s music wasn’t the half of it - drunk men shouting and women screaming just carried on and on. Worst night in a hotel ever. Accor - why are you damaging your Ibis brand with this sort of establishment?
