I was quite happy with my one-night stay at this hotel. For the brand and level, it fully met expectations, and the location is very good for getting out and seeing the city. The staff with whom I dealt were all professional, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable and of a reasonable size; above the standard that I was expecting. I was travelling with my dog and was provided with a welcome pack for her. I did not take the breakfast, but I did use the room service option for dinner. Considering that it is outsourced and so takes a bit longer to arrive, the meal was good although it could’ve been a bit warmer. If you prefer to go out, there are many restaurants in close proximity. If you are travelling by car, and you have reserved a place, the hotel parking entrance is immediately to the right of the hotel entrance itself. If you’re not used to driving in confined spaces, you may be a bit nervous, as parking involves driving into a lift, dropping a couple of stories, and then manoeuvering in a small garage. The hotel staff will help you with this. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room. There is a coffee machine service available on the ground floor.

Hotel had an excellent location. We were upgraded to the top floor which was lovely as the room had a balcony. There were quite a few steps to get up to the top floor (elevator only went to the floor below) and we had very heavy luggage which was a slight struggle. Otherwise everything was great with the hotel product. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Hotel was within walking distance of all the Main attractions, easy to get to from the airport, with friendly and helpful staff. The only thing missing was coffee making facilities in the room.
