Hotel had an excellent location. We were upgraded to the top floor which was lovely as the room had a balcony. There were quite a few steps to get up to the top floor (elevator only went to the floor below) and we had very heavy luggage which was a slight struggle. Otherwise everything was great with the hotel product. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Hotel was within walking distance of all the Main attractions, easy to get to from the airport, with friendly and helpful staff. The only thing missing was coffee making facilities in the room.

Check in is at 14:00. I arrived at 15:00 and the room was not ready, and I had to wait another hour more or less for my room. There was no compensation for this wait, such as a complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.
