Easy to reach via public transport, good location, working air-conditioning (in over 30 degrees heat outside, temperature in the room around 21 degrees), good water pressure, clean room, nice and helpful staff.

Very good service; clean; suggest - hooks in bathroom and a small shelf; some bar soap in barroom would be good; some issues with water in shower - no cold water one night; directions for use of shower would be helpful; design of clothes/luggage device not ideal - ir can’t accommodate a larger suitcase; having a folding luggage rack in room would be helpful.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, and is located in a lively area of the city. Close to two metro stations, it can be reached very easily! The breakfast on offer was great, with lots of fresh fruits, juices, local cuisine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Great hotel :)

Generally happy, only real problems were: not enough storage / shelving in the room. The tiny shelves next to the bed are pretty useless and you’d be better off with a piece of furniture on either side No tea/coffee in the room Outside was noisy when public waste bins are emptied at 1.30 (not a lot you can do I suspect)
