As it was my first time in Madrid, I had some reservations, but from the moment I checked in, the warm and friendly welcome from the staff was wonderful. (Special thanks to Oswaldo) We stayed in two rooms with my family. Family-friendly prices 💫 The complimentary lemon water, coffee, milk and croissants available all day on the reception floor were a lovely touch. The room and bathroom were clean, airy and practical. The air conditioning worked well; we were very comfortable even on the hottest days. The location is brilliant – you can reach many tourist attractions on foot. There are supermarkets, cafés and shops nearby. The metro and bus stops are right behind the building. We now have a home away from home in Madrid. 🇹🇷🙏🇪🇸

The walls and the door do not block any sound. There is not so much sound from the street, but you can hear *everything* in the rooms next to you and in the hallway. How do you expect people to sleep?

We have booked two rooms for four nights in the hotel. The room is exactly the same as pictures shown. Great location - just a few minutes walk away from the Bilbao station. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned - which is very much needed in hot summer. However, the usage of common area is questionable and unclear. We used the common area for our dinner on our 2nd and 3rd night. However, on the 4th night, we were asked to leave the common area and were told that we could not use it. We were told that the manager was looking at us at the CCTV and asked us to leave. Although we said we have used the nights before, we were then told the area has been booked by another party and needed to leave right away. (That was already around 2200 that time) We could only eat our takeaway in the rooms. When we went down to the lobby to confirm other information again, we could not see anyone in the area, which mentioned before. We were quite confused and disappointed about this. I believe we were not the only ones who were confused as we could see another two guests were discussing about the usage of the common area as well.

Had a really great stay! The location is amazing, the room was spacious, and all the staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The elevator was out of service for a bit while I was there, but they fixed it really quickly, which I appreciated. Breakfast was also really good. Overall, such a pleasant experience.
