A smaller than average ibis hotel in an excellent central location. Compact but quiet and comfortable rooms, with good beds and bedding. The buffet breakfast was adequate, but would benefit from improvement. Very friendly staff.

Great stay here - nice room, very clean and easily got metro access with two main lines. I would just suggest refilling the coffee and water in the room daily - not just the first day.

Booked a 3 nights stay and I’m very happy with the service and room condition was clean and comfortable. Ample space in the room to put out luggages and the bathroom/toilet is quite spacious and clean too. Front office staff was very friendly and recommended to us where to go on the map during check-in. Would definitely come back to the same hotel if I’m coming back to Madrid since it’s quite centrally located and walking distance to Gran Via and also close to metro station.
