Booked a 3 nights stay and I’m very happy with the service and room condition was clean and comfortable. Ample space in the room to put out luggages and the bathroom/toilet is quite spacious and clean too. Front office staff was very friendly and recommended to us where to go on the map during check-in. Would definitely come back to the same hotel if I’m coming back to Madrid since it’s quite centrally located and walking distance to Gran Via and also close to metro station.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to lots of restaurants, shops and a metro station. Walking distance to many of the major sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the room a decent size. As stated on their website there is no kettle or fridge in the room but hot and cold water available in the foyer. Good breakfast with lots of options
