The hotel is located in one of the most traditional neighborhoods of Madrid, near the iconic Café del Comercio. There are elevators at the Bilbao Metro station, making it easy to reach the hotel with luggage. The staff consists of enthusiastic, multilingual young professionals. I had a small issue with my suitcase, and the front desk manager helped me resolve it. I was very pleased.

Everyone at the reception were really nice and helpful. The hotel is located well, only a short walk to Gran via street and the metro, that was only around the corner. On the same street were a lot of great places to eat, drink and enjoy the culture. Breakfast at the hotel was small but has everything you need. The hotel itself and room were great as well! If we were to visit Madrid again, then woul definitely choose the same hotel.
