Well located but website was misleading and rooms were awful. We booked the same room type and they were completely different than what is shown online. One room was tiny and would not be considered a superior room. The other room was completely different and had an awful odour to the point we could barely be in the room without gagging. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and location was great

3rd time staying at this hotel and once again we were not disappointed. Great location, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I booked the room for myself and my husband in my name and I paid with my credit card and you had my email address so I was surprised to receive this email in my name asking my husband for feedback rather than asking me. No reflection on the hotel but odd that in this day and age the company would prioritise the man rather than the woman who booked and paid for it.

Great location, staff extremely helpful, lovely and clean, the only thing is that there’s no tea and coffee or kettle in the room. Facilities are downstairs and cost. Also use takeaway cups. We would have used our own tea as hot water available but didn’t want to use takeaway cups for the paying coffee.
