Hotel doesn’t send invoice after check-out to email as promised, and points to ACCOR ALL aren’t posted even 48 hours after check-out. Won’t recommend.

Good morning Adriel, Nice to greet you. Invoices are sent through a platform, so it would be important that you check your spam folder. The points are charged to your account by Accor, not by our hotel and can take up to 7 days to be charged. Yesterday, as soon as you sent the email requesting the invoice, it was sent directly to you, just as the points were uploaded manually, bypassing the protocols. The whole team acted appropriately and we are sorry that this may have caused you some discomfort but it cannot be solved in any other way. In any case, I am at your disposal for anything that may arise. Best regards Begoña Balandín General Manager

A great central location, with friendly and helpful staff. A good breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. The only downside was the temperature of the room, which was too hot despite turning the thermostat down. There was some noise from nearby rooms, but fine with earplugs.
