Everything is too simple. The cleaning staff ignore greetings and don't even apologize when they spill liquid soap all over my personal belongings. Sharing this with other staff members accomplishes nothing. The worst hotel. The subway noise echoes, and the prices are high.

Stayed here 3 nights while visiting Madrid with some friends. Was really impressed with the central location of the hotel, walking distance from a lot of attractions and the Metro. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. Only downside was the A/C was locked to heat only and it was quite stuffy in the room, but opening the window meant quite a lot of noise from the street.
