It's our 3rd time at this hotel, and the worst. In my previous stays, I was hosted at rooms facing the inner place (noise there was OK), but the rooms facing the street are too noisy. You can here the noise from the metro too from the rooms. My bed was broken on first day. It got somehow fixed and ok on the following, but first night was really uncomfortable; this should have been checked beforehand. No water in our first breakfast, so no way to have a coffee No hot water in our second morning, due to some kind of unforeseen. At the end an hotel is a place to rest and recover from a working day; it was not the case at all, i was really tired by the last day. Regretfully, might be our last stay there.

That is certainly not the experience we want to offer. We do everything possible to ensure that everything is in perfect condition before our guests arrive, but the bed problem had not been reported before, so we couldn't do anything until you notified us, which is why we were able to fix it quickly. As for the water problem, we are truly sorry. It was an unforeseen issue that we tried to manage as quickly as possible. I appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. We’d love to welcome you back and provide a more comfortable stay. 2 days without hot water… enough?
