Excellent location (relative to neighborhood and metro), small but acceptable rooms, would benefit by a real chair (rather than stool) and an A/C unit with better control (since it was cold even if set at 27 C).

Check- in and check out were easy and the staff very kind and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean, cool when needed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. I was not a huge fan of the parking as I didn't realize you had to pay at the counter each time you wanted to leave the parking structure. It can be hard to maneuver, but is doable. This is the only negative I have. I cannot express such gratitude to such a wonderful group of people working (cleaners, breakfast, front desk), all went above and beyond and made the experience so much more.
