The room was clean and fine for our one night stay. But it was very loud, all night long. We had a room at the front of the building, maybe the back would have been better. If we had been staying for more than one night this would definitely have been an issue.

Very easy check in and friendly staff. Room was small but very clean and well-kept. Main issue is that even though we were on 2nd floor, you could hear every single thing going on outside. Neighborhood is not the best area of Madrid, so there was lots of yelling in the street into the early morning.

Great staff, clean building. The only problem was that the room is too small according to the price we paid. Also you could listen the subway run beneath the building every few minutes. And the all-you-can-eat breakfast could include more variety. Otherwise, the workers were really nice and helped us feel at home. The atmosphere is quiet and the room is always clean and tidy.

I was given a room on floor 1. Realised it would not get sun. Requested a change and was then allocated room on floor 3. This made such a difference to my stay. Thank you

The room we booked wasn’t available when we first arrived but they gave us free breakfast and we were able to stay in the room we originally booked for the rest of the day! The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was lovely! When we came to the paying the bill, there was some confusion about whether the breakfast was free for the whole stay ( 4 days) or just the day we stayed in the wrong room. We both thought our initial receptionist had said that as an apology we get breakfast for the whole stay. But they didn’t argue over it and just let us check out without paying for any extra breakfasts. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, booking us a taxi to the airport for example.
