Clean room, functional, great breakfast, friendly staff. The heatingsystem didn't work apropriately, got one breakfast for free to compensate this. Next time in Madrid, I book again a room in your hotel!

The best thing of the hotel is that it is very well located. We arrived with the train and it was quite close to the station and several museums and park retiro. However, considering the price/performance efficiency, our experience was sufficient. I wish the rooms would have hairdryers and a little kettle. It is a budget hotel but its price was not very competitive considering the said conditions. The breakfast was good, except the coffee ..The room was clean, the staff was kind.

I was quite happy with the location, as it has the metro, and supermakets a couple steps of the hotel. not to mention all the food restaurants around the area.
