The rooms are really weird, the bathroom door is transparent , so i was staying woth my friend means i will shower in front of her? Tbh they were trying to find us a solution so they gave us the only room with normal door which was the room for people with disabilities, the bathroom was horrible, the hotel lighting is terrible

The hotel is tucked near a Metro station and a popular square that becomes lively on the weekends. 24 grocery store steps away. Room was small, but clean and efficient. Staff were very friendly.

Given the complete absence of any drawers and how little shelf space there was, I felt the room would not have been suitable for two people or for one person staying any length of time. Even as just one person staying for just four nights I found I had to keep various belongings in my case.

tbh the location wasn’t ideal for a solo female trip, in that instance i wouldn’t recommend the lavapies area. the hotel itself was decent, separate shower and toilet which was nice, just basic amenities for a short trip. the staff were lovely

Friendly helpful staff team. Very well located to see all the sites in Madrid. There was a lot of noise from the street, however. Lots of people out eating and drinking and playing music until 4am.

I really liked the people working at this hotel. Receptionists were very friendly and greeted us every time we saw them. They were also extremely helpful throughout our stay. I usually don’t mind staying in a small room, but what I didn’t like was the lack of a wardrobe. We had nowhere to put our clothes during our 6-day stay. There was enough space in the room to fit a wardrobe, but i think you chose not to include one to save money. Another point is the breakfast. You charge €9 per person, but the selection is very limited: just some cheese, a few types of bread, and cold eggs. Guests need some fresh vegetables with breakfast. Providing tomatoes or cucumbers shouldn’t cost much. I would rather pay €13-15 per person if it meant having a better selection and, most importantly, hot eggs instead of cold ones.
