I was first time in Madrid. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fine, from 06.00 - 10.30, such a long time. Everything clean, what waa the most important. Location also perfect. Only 1 thing, in room 421 the window was not completely sealed, I heard the noises from the street, some technician should check. That's all from my side, overall satisfied.

Great staff, location, breakfast. Shared area was lovely. Room fine, clean but v small. However, noise issue with air vent channeling noise from one bathroom to another. Could hear other guests using their bathroom!
