Very good for a single night. The room is small for 2 persons but the price reflects this. Location in a cosmopolitan working-class district but one can walk to the heart of central Madrid in 20 minutes even though mainly uphill.

Room was adequate. Location was convenient to the metro and trains and many amenities nearby. The room was nice and clean and was really quiet. The noise from the hotel within was more the issue, but overall a very good stay!

Great location, 24hour supermarket next door, metro station and small bakery close by. Close to city centre by metro. Breakfast better than expected and roof terrace is so nice! Nice clean room with everything you need. Fast WIFI connection.

Best Ibis hotel I have stayed so far. Great breakfast, 24 supermarket next door, subway station across the street. Nice bakery nearby. Overall friendly and helpful staff. Definitely coming back.

Good experience although covid measures

Welcoming staff on reception were very friendly. The rooms were very small and basic, very clean upon arrival but was very disappointed with the toilet being in the room only 3 steps from the bed with no lock on the door. The shower was very good but also in the same room as the bed. 2 coat hangers for a stay of 4 nights not sufficient and despite knowing this was a budget hotel was disappointed with no storage space at all. The terrace was pleasant but smoking was not permitted on the terrace which I thought very strange, not a major problem though.

Placed in the middle Madrid downtown, this Hotel is the perfect match to visit Madrid. Garage on the same building, near to the most important public transport poles, near the most emblematic and cultural places of the brand new Cultural Heritage City. Facilities are well equipped and new and the staff is kind and cool (at least I've heard them speaking in French, English and, of course, Spanish) Totally recommended for a trade off solution quality and price.

Great value hotel with nice, clean rooms (rooms on top floor include terraces as well, which was quite enjoyable!). Very centrally located, right next to Estacion Lavapies, approx. 15 minute walk to Estacion de Atocha, 15-20 min walk to Parque El Retiro. Breakfast was pre-packaged and quite good with ample beverage choices. Breakfast area has an outdoor lounge portion as well. A 24h Carrefour Market is only a couple doors down if you need late night bites or a grocery run! Overall great experience at Ibis Budget Lavapies! I was particularly happy with the front desk or reception and their prompt assistance and offer to help. I was also happy by the cleaning staff and the breakfast team too. So I will certainly keep you guys and this property in mind for my future visits to Madrid.

Very close to the Metro station Rooms are very small Perfect location Poor breakfast great staff who were all very friendly and helpful and would always check you had everything you needed. Hotel Foyer is very welcoming and it is located in ground floor

Although a budget hotel - the room was more than adequate, hotel is well located with many Interesting places to visit within walking distance - good local neighbourhood bars. hotel is well connected to metro system.

management cancelled arbitrarily reservation for Championsleague final weekend. Rservation was made at a reasonable price and flexible rate. Accorhotels customer service did not care / did not respond to complaints.

I booked the Hotel Lavapies well in advance as I planned to watch the Champions League final match in Madrid. To my surprise, the hotel canceled the booking which caused me a very great inconvenience. My travel plans to watch the match in Madrid were canceled as I could not find a hotel room in the city for a reasonable price. Therefore, due to the disregard of this hotel with me, that I have been a guest of the Accor's hotels for several years, I intend to use another hotel chain on a next trip.
