First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for your loyalty as a Gold member of Accor. We truly appreciate your continued trust in our hotels. I am delighted to know that you enjoyed your stay overall and that you found our team friendly and helpful, as well as your room clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Regarding your check-in experience, I would like to clarify that I am the Front Office Manager. After reviewing the staff schedules for both your check-in and your stay, I can confirm that the gentleman you mentioned was actually our Bell Boy, not a Receptionist. Nevertheless, I completely understand why this situation felt unusual. I will speak with the team to ensure that, in similar situations, guests waiting to be checked in are informed that we will assist them as soon as possible. This is exactly what should have happened, and I am sorry that this was not communicated to you. I was also very sorry to read about the accident you had with the cupboard in your room. I hope you recovered quickly and that the injury was not too serious. Please be assured that I will discuss your comments with our Maintenance team to see how we can improve this aspect and help prevent similar incidents in the future. First of all, we are delighted to read your positive comments regarding our Front Desk team, the cleanliness of the hotel, our service, and housekeeping standards. We truly appreciate your kind words. At the same time, we are very sorry to learn that your stay was affected by noise. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disturbance caused both by the housekeeping activities in the morning and by the noise coming from the neighbouring room. We have shared your comments with our Housekeeping team to remind them of the importance of carrying out their work as quietly as possible, especially during the morning hours, to avoid disturbing our guests. Regarding the soundproofing between rooms, we understand your frustration. We always do our best to minimise any disturbances whenever we are made aware of them. Had we known about the noise from the neighbouring room during the night, our team would have been happy to intervene immediately.
