Since 2015 I visited Madrid 8 times , 7 times of them I stayed in same hotel, but this time really was the worst one, we should leave on Sunday 26 of April, we didn’t know about the Marthon in Madrid on same day and they have to close all the streets around the hotel , instead of putting the announcement in my room, they put a paper in the elevator, we saw it just one day before leaving, we ask the reception at least if they will not arrange a taxi, they arrange some one to help us with our 7 bags till we reach to the right pickup area . Always they say: we don’t have anyone to help until I loud my voice in the reception. Someone helped us , but he left us in the middle of nowhere, my wife, my daughter and myself had been forced to walk another half an hour with the 7 bags , really it was the worst experience in Madrid and hardly we arrived the Airport in the last minute

Regarding the assistance provided, our bellboy did his best to support you with your luggage and guide you to the designated pickup area. We are truly sorry that, despite his efforts, the assistance was not enough and that you felt unsupported during part of your journey. We also regret that we were not able to provide additional staff at that moment to offer you further help. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your comments are very important to us, and we will use them to improve our service and coordination in similar situations in the future. From the moment I checked in online on the app prior to my stay, to the moment i left the hotel, everything was excellent. Excellent service, perfect location, comfortable room, will be my home away from home in Madrid.

We were greeted and check-in with politeness. All of the front desk staff was very helpful in. Giving suggestions for food. And knowledgable about any questions we had. Breakfast was very nice and the hotel was very clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near Atocha train station and easy to walk to many attractions. Our room is on the first floor, making it constantly noisy - with noises from the outside hotel entrance, the street, the meeting room on the groud floor and the hotel service door. The ceiling/floor is very thin and we can hear footsteps from above all the time. An OK stay for a short time.
