I enjoyed the overall experience, you where located well, the staff where friendly and tried to be helpful. I was just amazed at how thin the walls where, my neighbours on both sided did not seem to understand the concept of not letting the door close with a bang, it constantly sounded like someone was more furniture, and they talked at high volume till midnight. So sleep was not the best.

Very helpful and nice staff. Located across the Prado Museum, in a neighborhood where one can walk to inumerous restaurants and other attractions. Good sized room, good shower and towels. Breakfast with good variety of choices which quality could improve. We will stay there again the day we return to Madrid.

The hotel and check in worked well, although upon arrival, I was told the parking was full and the backup parking was a 5 min drive away, and 10-minute walk back. The same to get the car the next morning. Also, my hotel key did not work 3 times i.e., up to the room, down to get it fixed, up to the room, down to get it fixed, up to the room etc... not deal breakers, but painful after a day's travelling.
