Diego, Martha and Daniela were exceptional providing services and information. Couldn’t catch the names from the food and beverage team who provided the breakfast but the team was awesome.

Great hotel, ideal location, clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Some occasional noise came through from room next door but didn't last long. Reception staff very helpful and friendly during our stay. Would be very happy to stay here again.

fridge not working, got replaced on a Sunday by staff, Good! House keeping need upkeep. Noone checked the batg gel ran out. Called reception in afternoon. No replacement, called front desk, claimed single handed. Need to re dress myself to go to front desk to grab the bath gel. Facial tissue paper not replaced despite empty in am before i left. Need call front desk to repace
