What are the three regions of the Oceania?

There are three sub-regions of Oceania: Micronesia, Melanesia, and Polynesia. These do not cover Australia, although Australia is usually outlined as neighbouring and included in the Oceania region. Australia Pacific is a region that inclues the countries of Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. Likewise, in New Zealand, a mix of capital cities like Auckland and Wellington and towns like Queenstown and Rotorua will make for a rewarding experience. If visiting Fiji, Denarau Island, and Suva are popular destinations, while in French Polynesia, Tahiti and Bora Bora are some of the better-known islands.

You can swim in the Pacific Ocean, and there are many idyllic swimming spots in Australia Pacific. The Pacific Ocean is the largest and deepest ocean on Earth, with the most extensive array of marine life. Known for being intensely blue, beaches bordering the Pacific Ocean are great places to swim, paddle, surf, and snorkel.
