From the time of booking, till check in the staff was fabulous. Also the fact that in the hot weather I could get a sip of refreshing water at the reception. Loved every bit of the hotel. Nicely located too.

We always are able to check in early for our appointments which is a great help. Good to see the hotel building getting a wash down to refresh it.
