We are very sorry to learn that your room was uncomfortably cold and that the heating did not provide the level of comfort you expected. We understand how important a warm and comfortable room is, particularly during the cooler months, and we sincerely apologise that this affected your stay so significantly. While we are pleased to hear that you found our staff friendly and helpful, we regret that this was not enough to offset the discomfort you experienced. We are pleased to hear that you found our location convenient, appreciated the ample parking, enjoyed the shower, and found our team friendly and the check-in and check-out process straightforward. However, we sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered with both the refrigerator and the hairdryer. The condition of the fridge in your initial room and the fact that it had not been properly checked and cleaned before your arrival is not the standard we aim to provide. We also regret that an immediate room change was not offered when you first reported the issue. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these matters are addressed and do not recur. We are also sorry to hear about the malfunctioning hairdryer, as well as your experience with the ALL.com booking process.
