Upon attending the room, a towel supplied by the hotel was identified as stained and unclean, as evidenced in the attached photograph. This falls below the standard of hygiene and reasonable care expected when providing accommodation services, and materially impacted the quality of my stay. In accordance with consumer rights relating to services being provided with due care and skill and to a standard reasonably expected of such accommodation.

Centrally located for where we needed to go
