Nice infrastructure though a bit aged but this was known, expected and no surprise. Still a good experience. Helpful friendly staff. The internet is not very good, just doing the job - even when you logg-on as Accor member.

The service from staff was nice and I appreciated the gifts as a platinum member. The room however was old, dated, broken knob on aircon... it just needs Accor and Mantra to invest money into it. New bathrooms, remove old furnishings. Do floor by floor ASAP

Great staff that made us feel welcome. Rooms, especially apartments, look a lot better on app than they are in person.

This stay was for business, polite and friendly staff, bar and restaurant very good, however beds not very comfortable.
