I don't wish to be unkind but the hotel is in serious need of renovation. Get Accor to spend some money on it. Examples for room 1602 - noisy air conditioning, small TV didn't work, bathroom cabinets need repair.

The rooms and reception where great. The lady on reception was extremely helpful as due to a medical emergency my wife was unable to accompany me to the ACDC concert and my adult daughter join me at the last minute. The lady on reception (who came from back office) arranged for our King bed to split into twin beds. The only draw back was breakfast we prepaid the day before yet your staff at breakfast wonted to charge us again and frankly the breakfast was unsatisfactory. I have medical issue and when I requested a Lactose free coffee I was advised that they would give me a Lactose free substitute soy or almond (I think) either of these would of caused severe complications on my 3 hr drive home. Also I found the quality of the cooked breakfast (the only option I can eat) The bacon was over cooked, cold and very greasy plus the only option on eggs was scrambled. (I have had my share of powdered scrambled eggs in my 30 yrs of travelling for work in the travel industry so I steer clear of them) The fried eggs where cremated to an inch of there lives, cooked on both sides and like eating a piece of rubbery cardboard. Some sunny side up and poached eggs would have been good. We paid good money for this breakfast to be served up with poor quality food. I would have been better off heading to a coffee shop in Westfields or nearby.

I paid for 2 days parking only to find the second day there were no spots available only 2 residents parks. I was told to park in one of them and I put make up my room on the door when I left to go to the hospital to take my daughter for her surgery that day at 8am on the first morning & upon return at 8pm that night the room was still the same. We towels in the bath and nowhere to park. I was not happy, room is noisy from traffic. I wanted to get a coke with my 2 free drinks only to be told the bar was closed. I am a gold member and was very disappointed with this hotel and service.
