well located but reasonably noisy, mattress was no comfy, I. would try a different new time in Parramatta

Mantra, Parramatta is a nice place. Very well located. You can walk to the station, mall etc. Good eating joints nearby. The staff is very friendly. Room was quite spacious.

It’s also great to know the front desk manager made a positive impression during your departure, and we will ensure this feedback is shared with the team. However, we are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding housekeeping frequency during your stay. We understand your disappointment that service was provided only once over a 10-day period and that rubbish was not consistently removed. This is not the standard we aim to deliver for longer stays. Please be assured your feedback has been escalated to the housekeeping and management teams for review. We are addressing the consistency of servicing for extended stays, including clearer scheduling, guest communication, and ensuring daily servicing expectations are properly met or clearly explained at check-in.
