Hotel staff were very friendly accommodating and professional. However one of the bed legs were broken so made bed not so comfy.

Trip to attend cricket with son-in-law. Room was OK. Bedside light switch is faulty - light flickered or turned off when switched on. No bath matt - consequently I slipped getting out of bath/shower and injured my left foot.

I had a great time with a wonderful team. Early check-in time, super-fast check in, great room suitable with my conference calls. it was higher floors and so quite. amazing welcome back letter from Ms. Anna Weston and making me feel more special by coming up to the room to deliver complementary bottle of wine. However, I had the feeling of a very special guest .. With Ms Weston's treatment for the last 2 stay in December 21 has waived my disappointing time in the past with Mantra and the way she explained the changing of her front desk team during the pandemic has caused some issue with check in and not to be treated as regular guest and Accor Gold member.

Level of service was very poor. Tried many times to contact front desk with no answer. Waited over 10 minutes each time.
