I. Booked a room you took payment then refuse me entry due to Covid and have not refunded the monies I paid pathetic

manager so rude to people. it was clear to witness he was not a good person. other staff ok. however they should have called me as soon as i took booking to make sure all was going to be ok and not an hour before check in not good enough wont be staying.

I stayed a night on my way back to Brisbane. Even with current lockdown situation in Sydney, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was big, clean, comfortable with nice balcony overlooking Parramatta city. The hotel is also in a great location within walking distance to Parramatta station and Westfield shopping center. This is the second time I’m staying here, and probably will again next time I come to Sydney. Sad thing the hotel and room services are reduced due to current pandemic situation and regulations.

Stayed here for a 2 and half week period during Sydney lockdown. The apartments are spacious and well appointed, as well as comfortable and clean. Good location to supermarket and local walks. Staff were helpful and friendly

All the equipment I needed were in the room. Friendly service from your staffs. Room service even under lockdown in Sydney. Good location from the hotel close to the station, Westfield, restaurants. Only problem was someone else smoked heavily, it make my room smell bad.. But this is not an issue for your organization.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful room with the most comfortable mattress and pillows. Two parks in walking distance made for a great trip for our toddler too. Always love the Mantra.

We stayed for a week on a one bedroom apartment. The lobby staff at the service desk were very friendly and acoommodating. Unfortunately the cleaning of the rooms was only offerred for one day out of the seven which was unhiegienic given that we are in a pandemic and at the time of the stay Sydney was startinf its ourbreak of the Delta variant which it has currently gone out of control in NSW. We had to keep asking the front desk for various toletries, tea/coffee and emptying of rubbish bins on a daily basis. Although the request was sent to the cleaning staff, there seemed to be poor communication amongst the the cleaning team and the requests often were never addressed. It was quite annoying that we were paying for the room but these basic services such as emptying trash could not be provided. The hotel looked understaffed and often one person was looking after the front desk so had to wait a while to be attended to. The location was handy. The bathrooms need updating as the vanity was falling apart and all the taps in the room took a long time until the hot water came out.

Belle appartement et vue magnifique Très mauvaise expérience au moment de check out we were thinking of extending our stay but some staff came knocking at our door saying we needed to pack and leave very rude and still in chocked to this day! Horrible

I enjoyed my stay at the Mantra Parramatta, the front office staff was friendly and the check in and check out was easy. The only one thing I would have liked was to have had room service available but understand this was not open due to COVID.

Room was cold. Shower ran cold and no pressure. No room service. No (usual) member's complimentary drink. No late checkout. We were regular visitors, pre-Covid, and noticed the drop in standard. Night staff were pleasant and helpful.

Convenient location but could hear passing train noise. Our room had a bad and uncomfortable smell. The fan of air conditioner was always on full speed even it was sitting on low level. No tea and coffee provided.

The Reception personnel are really welcoming which in my view sets the Culture and Tone on how well your stay will be. Very nice dinner from the restaurant and the Sleep in busy Parramatta was really good; being on the 16th top floor, no traffic noise or hassles; just a good welcoming stay!
