unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. The cleanliness of the property was far below standard. The carpets were visibly dirty, the corridors had an unpleasant smell, and the blinds in the bedroom were dusty and unkempt. The towels and bedding were of poor quality, which added to the discomfort. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the entire property felt outdated and in need of a refresh. The location is convenient, being very close to the train station, and there’s decent shopping nearby, but these positives were not enough to make up for the poor condition of the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a highlight. However, the checkout time of 10:00 AM felt unnecessarily early. A later time, such as 11:00 AM, would have been much more convenient. Overall, while the staff were pleasant and the location was practical, the lack of cleanliness and outdated facilities made for an uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Just a bit noisy not used to trains and traffic all night found hard to relax. Disappointed no notification that the restaurant was not opened for a meal I had to walk at meal time to find something to eat as my husband in wheelchair could not get up the hill.

Rude staff, overpriced room with very outdated bathroom, worst shower I've ever used, not a true king bed-just two small beds pushed together, building was dirty, carpet on level 6 absolutely filthy with a bad smell, construction site outside the pool area, gym poorly equipped. Still have not received my $200 room bond back.
