Great location easy walking distance to Rosehill race track and all good eateries. Service was good at the counter but I think it could have been better as they missed the mark on the booking.

I left the sign out for the room to be tidied and returned from work to find the room in the same state. The bathroom was terrible water would go everywhere after a shower, the shower head was broken, some of the lights in the room didnt work, the blinds opened to a slew of apartments opposite meaning you couldnt have natural light without being exposed to every apartment opposite.

The rooms need fresh paint and a good clean. The room smelt upon checkin, I keep the windows open to vent. The carpet in the room was disgusting stains and needs a proper vacuum. I was told by reception all rooms are at same standard for the room type I booked when I checked in. The paint on the hallway walls was flaking away. Housekeeping was hit and miss, one day they made an effort, the next they only emptied the bin. When housekeeping was missed on a Sunday, reception told me there’s no housekeeping on weekends even though the room was serviced Saturday. As an All Accor member I won’t be staying here again.
