We stayed for 13 nights , starting over the Easter weekend. The hotel was only open for breakfast over the Easter weekend but opened up fully the following week. The location is great and the staff were all helpful but the breakfast was repetitive and the rooms very tired and in need of refurbishment.

Fast check in and check out which is always brilliant. Noticed that the front desk got quite busy during my stay and they were understaffed. It didn’t affect me this time so I was fine. Room 510 was fantastic! My sister stays at your hotel quite often and I was told not to stay as it was below par. Not sure what the other rooms are like but I was thrilled with my apartment. So much so that I would definitely stay again. Restaurant - Breakfast Had breakfast each morning at the restaurant. Each day the omelettes were undercooked. Extremely disappointing!!! On the last day the service was atrocious. Not sure if the lady was new but all the tables were dirty and there was no cutlery or napkins at the counter. The kitchen was not running efficiently. Hot food items were practically empty and the pastries display was empty. Restaurant- Dinner Absolutely fantastic!!! The food was delicious and served rather quickly. The tall English guy is a keeper!!! His customer service skills are great. Could not fault him at all. Car Parking $20 as a Platinum was great value for money. Pool and Spa Pool was freezing which is fine. The spa had dirty bubbles floating in it so I felt it wasn’t clean. Really enjoyed my stay and would book the same apartment again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

My first night was sleepless due to the neighbour being extremely loud and had to get the duty manager involved at 4am. The showers are terrible - warm - cold - slightly warmer - no pressure The beds I could feel the springs
