The hotel is very well located close to shopping centre and train station and bus stops. Room was clean. Only negative is house keeping come between 9am - 10 am, when you drive from Melbourne to Sydney you need a bit of a rest.

Overall , acceptable , room is a bit running down , should take a refurbishment , size of the suite is good , Bf , selection is limited , and good qualify is average , only positive platinum member will get the complementary barrister coffee which is good . The location is next to train station which is very convenience to Olympics park for the events Overall , value for money for staying at this hotel

Rooms are great, Staff are friendly and accommodating and hotel is well located. A little disappointing that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner, but plenty of places nearby and understandable given that this time of year is so quiet.

Quick & easy Checkin. Parking available at a cost. Very comfortable King Size Suite with a Balcony. Very inviting Pool with Spa. Couldn't ask for much more

Deceiving

Extremely disappointed, like others i check the facilities available and then decide based on that, if you read the website they have a restaurant, a bar, room service, a mini bar, they do have them but they are all closed not available, if they'd have mentioned any of this at time of booking i wouldn't of booked, guess that's why they decieve you. Breakfast is average and expensive, don't expect choice or a selection its limited and you eat what your given. Book elsewhere imho.
