I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, found our location convenient, and felt well looked after by our team. Your kind comments regarding the care, respect and professionalism shown by our staff are greatly appreciated and will be shared with the team. I am particularly sorry to learn that you experienced a cigarette smell in the room and that it was significant enough for you to purchase an air freshener during your stay. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. I would like to sincerely apologise for the experience you encountered. As a valued ALL Platinum member, I am particularly disappointed to learn that your room was not serviced during your three-night stay. Providing fresh towels without completing the room service, including cleaning and making the bed, falls well short of both our standards and the experience you should reasonably expect from us. I completely understand your frustration and the impact this had on your overall stay. Please be assured that I will be personally investigating why your room was not serviced as expected during your stay. I have already shared your feedback with our housekeeping leadership team and will be reviewing the circumstances surrounding this oversight to understand what occurred and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken. Dear Sharron, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the great location, spacious apartment, friendly staff, and the variety offered at breakfast. It is also great to know that you enjoyed the amenities such as the spa, pool, and proximity to Westfield and the train station, and that the property still represented good value as a family budget option. However, we are very sorry to hear about the number of issues you encountered during your stay, particularly regarding cleanliness concerns on arrival, maintenance issues such as the dryer malfunction, bedding comfort, parking availability, and the inconvenience experienced with housekeeping requests not being followed through. We also apologise for the concern raised regarding being charged again despite payment already being made, as well as the impact this had on your overall experience. Your feedback regarding WiFi speed, room upkeep, and maintenance responsiveness has also been noted and shared with the relevant teams for urgent review and improvement. We are particularly concerned about the cleanliness issues you described, as this is not the standard we aim to provide.
