adequate. The bed was comfortable. Services and staff were good. The 3rd floor foyer carpet was filthy and dated. The cooking facilities in the room did not have ventilation and the hallway always had a smell of cooked curry or other food. Mould in the bathroom top tiles.

Checkin took over half hour with only 1 person on the desk. The room was of a good size however furnishings (bed and lounge) are well past there service life.

Hotel definitely needs an upgrade, pretty disappointing that there’s not any eatery open at night from Friday to Sunday.
