Hotel staff were very friendly accommodating and professional. However one of the bed legs were broken so made bed not so comfy.

Trip to attend cricket with son-in-law. Room was OK. Bedside light switch is faulty - light flickered or turned off when switched on. No bath matt - consequently I slipped getting out of bath/shower and injured my left foot.

I had a great time with a wonderful team. Early check-in time, super-fast check in, great room suitable with my conference calls. it was higher floors and so quite. amazing welcome back letter from Ms. Anna Weston and making me feel more special by coming up to the room to deliver complementary bottle of wine. However, I had the feeling of a very special guest .. With Ms Weston's treatment for the last 2 stay in December 21 has waived my disappointing time in the past with Mantra and the way she explained the changing of her front desk team during the pandemic has caused some issue with check in and not to be treated as regular guest and Accor Gold member.

Level of service was very poor. Tried many times to contact front desk with no answer. Waited over 10 minutes each time.

In need of an upgrade

Disappointed in stay property and room in particular in need of a good clean and an upgrade. Doors to close off laundry broken, vanity looked like it was ready to fall apart, stains and dirt visible under TV and outside balcony, air con only had 2 temperatures 12 and 24 and was extremely noisy. Overall for the price they charge I wouldn't book there again.

Ok room was nice but I’d booked for 3 but no additional cutlery & crockery was provided. We had 2 teabags so some of the amenity was pretty stingy.

My first night the air-conditioning didn't work. Ana tried everything and couldn't get it working so she changed me to another room. Someone had been sick all along the hallway and it had powder on it but not cleaned properly.

When our room type was damaged due to the previous guest and became unavailable Anna from Mantra Parramatta made sure our stay was still just as good. She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Offering us late check out, wine, parking and a hand written note to make up for the room change. We were checked in to the motel and also out by Anna and her customer service made the trip an even better one than we had planned. We will definitely be back. Thank you Anna and Mantra Parramatta!

I stayed in the Mantra hotel in St Kilda in April and was very impressed so decided to stay in the Mantra in Parramatta during my visit to Sydney. I was not disappointed. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I liked having the kitchenette so that I could have breakfast or a light meal in the comfort of the room. It was close to the station so location is very convenient and also close to shops. I made daily use of the gym which was well equipped but due to weather etc didn’t get to use the pool. I shall be staying here again during future trips to Sydney.

Mantra Parramatta turned out to be a hidden gem. Being upgraded to the top floor into a one bedroom apartment turned made love do much easier whilst travelling with my daughter. Another great benefit was having an allocated secure car space. The property’s proximity to local shopping and entertainment is excellent as well as its proximity to major motorways to make moving around Sydney easier than usual.

Staff was rude on checkin. No House Keeping done for 3 nights stay. Air Con not working.

The location was great and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The room was clean despite a few stains on blinds and sheets. It was outdated however, things like the lampshades were a faded yellow. Besides these things our stay was great with no issues and the view from the balcony was amazing.

manager so rude to people. it was clear to witness he was not a good person. other staff ok. however they should have called me as soon as i took booking to make sure all was going to be ok and not an hour before check in not good enough wont be staying.

Convenient location but could hear passing train noise. Our room had a bad and uncomfortable smell. The fan of air conditioner was always on full speed even it was sitting on low level. No tea and coffee provided.

The Reception personnel are really welcoming which in my view sets the Culture and Tone on how well your stay will be. Very nice dinner from the restaurant and the Sleep in busy Parramatta was really good; being on the 16th top floor, no traffic noise or hassles; just a good welcoming stay!

Hi, I am happy to hear you had a pleasnaat stay with us. We do have some great Dinner specials in our restaurant each evening, such as our amazing Mango Chicken for $18! Plus Happy Hour, Monday to Friday with $5 beers! We look forward to seeing you again very soon. Kind Regards
