Perfectly located for attending events at the Olympic Park however the management seems to be counting on location and cheap prices to fill the hotel that basic amenities such as working kettles and teaspoons and services like cleaning dirty carpets and hallways, and staffing reception adequately have been disregarded. Our room was very dusty and the walls and carpet had all sorts of stains and marks. It was the same in the hallway. We do not expect first class amenities but I think budget customers deserve a clean well managed place to stay as well.

Definitely need better especially blankets have large stains that look like urine. Ac air flow restricted. I checked and there was no filter in it and it was heavily clogged with fibres. It really needed professionally wash.

Room was clean and functional. Beds comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Included breakfast was great and parking easy to navigate. In all, an excellent budget option that is very well located.
