I booked this room for my husband and my daughter and put their names on the booking but when they arrived at the premises they had trouble finding the booking even though I selected the option “booking for someone else”. The reception desk was rude and hung up at the carpark gate without talking to my husband and it took forever for them to answer the intercom phone both times.
