Beds were unmade and the sheets that were left for us to make them were stained. There were used tissues left on top of the coat rack. The shower was separated from the beds by a curtain, which didn’t even reach across the room and then if you came in the room door you walked straight into someone having a shower.

This place brings budget hotels to an all new low! It’s no better than a hostel! Stated on the website that your room is serviced daily yet not once was the room been cleaned in our 3night stay. You can even get a face cloth to use in the shower it’s that budget. Our room was changed from a queen to a queen with bunks and the bunks were that filthy, so glad I didn’t have kids who needed to sleep there! The desk was filthy and sticky, there were food scraped jammed in behind the desk, the kettle was filthy, the coffee sachet holder was filthy, the teaspoon had an obvious lick mark on it 🤢 the split system aircon was filthy the remote had exposed batteries the bedside light was a exposed fluro globe, the hallways had pot plants filled with literal rubbish and the list goes on! Do not book this hotel if you want a clean place to stay! If the area wasn’t booked out we would have moved to another hotel!

waited 40mins at the desk while the receptionist had there evening break between 7.45pm and 8.30pm. lost of people arrived in this time and all had to wait in the lobby. the guy didnt care when he returned. breakfast was miserable, the kids were looking forward to pancakes only to find it jammed and not looked at for an hour untill other staff arrived who had time or knowledge of the machine.
