Apart from the lack of furniture 1. The lights on the side of bed don’t work, 2. The TV is smart but the functions are locked 3. The air conditioner fan is noisy and mind numbing. 4. There is only one little bin in the bathroom for rubbish. 5. The light in the garage doesn’t change colour so you don’t know if cars are coming towards you. 6. $40 dollars per night is to much 7. The front desk isn’t available 24hours since they stop work around 10pm and don’t answer the phone or give any assistance after 10pm.

Check in took 40 minutes as there was only one person working reception. The lift broke at checkout time so we all Had to carry our bags down the stairs. Despite the cleaning staff doing a great job the room was disgustingly- carpets are so old and sticky, the room stank, the windows had cobwebs out side and the fluro lights which are bed side lights had the globe falling out and broken brackets meant that touching them made me scared of electrocution. The bathroom was so awful we didn’t use the shower. There was nowhere to get ready for the concert- just a small sink. The room was tiny. It was more expensive than a suite at the W hotel at Darling Harbour. My advice- book a room at the W and get a limo to any stadium concert. It will be cheaper and you won’t fear death.

Room was clean and had a nice view. Staff were lively to deal with. Only downsides were that the aircon seemed to work intermittedly, not sure why, but I didn't really need it anyway despite it being 40c outside when I checked in, the room was cool (maybe low-mid 20s). Next day was hot again outside and little need for the aircon but it worked when it was needed. Also, one of the pillow cases had blood stains which was a bit off putting but with tow other pillows in the room , not a problem.

Over priced, no door on the shower. The floor on the shower was cracked, which had tape covering it. It was so tiny and I am sad to say that I would never stay here again.
