Room small, bunk beds uncomfortable, privacy screen was a curtain, no separate bathroom, TV too high up on the wall, no designated car parking etc etc

My flight was delayed and was going to get into Sydney after 10pm. Tried ringing the hotel to let them know I was going to check in late. Then the flight was canceled. All up I rand the hotel 15 to 20 times and left 3 messages. The hotel never answered or returned my calls.

This property needs some help. It's one thing to be a budget hotel, but there was alot of water damage to the water closet, and there were some cleanliness issues (like stains on bedding, dirty walls, etc.).
