Dirty and poor maintenance

Arrived to a dirty room with urine on seat and a very mouldy fridge amongst other things. Bunks are very uncomfortable and no doona just a blanket and make it yourself. I asked to upgrade to get two rooms with queen instead but they wouldn’t match or allow me to use the Accor member rate and wanted double what I already paid

Front line staff including House keeping as helpful as could be despite having a Operations Manager who wouldn't admit the errors in information lacking on initial Accor Hotel Web page for this hotel. Ie, no mention that parking had a fee attached unlike many Accor Hotels including his fellow Ibis Budget Hotels in Sydney. Having that very basic information on a "back room" page is NOT acceptable in this day and age of everyone needing this information "up front" so they can make an informed decision. Also, he didn't have enough hot drink mugs in the dining area at breakfast. They were "in the storage room". No attendant keeping an eye on everything at breakfast until someone brought his attention to the toaster not working and not enough mugs for hot drinks. Not advertised that the rooms are only attended every 2nd day for multi day stays. This Operations Manager needs to improve his attitude and realise its not wrong to admit when you have something wrong.
