The building foyer smelt bad and was untidy. The 2 lifts (no stair access) were slow and insufficient for the number of guests. The room was awful - it smelt, the air conditioner was loud and rattled. There was no cupboard or place to put clothes / bag away. The bathroom was disgusting - unhygienic and dirty. The floor tiles were filthy and a thick layer of dust is accumulating around the edges. See photos. I will never stay at an Ibis hotel again. Your staff and management should be really disappointed in the quality and appearance of this property. It is a disgrace to the Accor brand. At $409 for 1 night - this was NOT value for money.

When we checked into our room, there was (still wet) chewing gum stuck to the upper bunk. This had to be removed, the area sanitised and the sheets changed. Ick. The hotel overall was very shabby with peeling paint and badly designed rooms. Very expensive also due to prices being jacked up because of an event. Staff were friendly and helpful, but this wasn't value for money by any means.
