The ibis budget was dirty, falling apart, beds not made properly, lift making horrible sounds.

The IBIS bidget need some car an attention, the shower had a significant crack base in the base that needs attentions, air-con was noisy

We stayed in a twin room after a concert at Qudos Stadium. The hotel is in a great location for this. Yes the room is small and the bathroom set up is strange, but it was cheap and perfect for what we wanted. My only question is why say breakfast is included in the room rate when the breakfast area is closed and not available? Overall, a good stay

Disappointing air con was stuck up with ducktape and was missing the cover of the aircon and there was grime stuck to the top of fridge door
