The booking experience was terrible as I couldn’t pay through the app. The place looked tired. Bathroom and linen clean, comfortable bed. The rest left a lot to be desired. Had to be changed rooms as someone had disconnected the TV! The room I was eventually in - couldn’t turn off the air conditioning (switch broken), kettle only part boiled water, I could turn on the tv with the remote, but had to set the sleep function to turn it off! If there you were meant to use your card to get to your floor in the lift, it didn’t work!
