Staff were very professional and pleasant. The location is handy to places to eat, and there is a convenience store next door. I would have welcomed some cutlery in the room, and my tv didn’t work. Accomodation is basic but adequate for the tariff.

The rooms and hotel are run down, one step above a back packers hotel. Booked and paid for two nights only to return from work after the first day to find my room key didn't work. Apparently access only cut for a single day, human error i know but not good enough, just because it is a budget hotel, everyone no matter how much they pay should expect good service

Stayed here to attend a concert. Room is small but had everything we needed.

It’s a budget hotel and that’s exactly what you get. The rooms are basic, however clean. Breakfast is not worthwhile adding. The staff is always friendly. I would call this a value for money stay. You get what you pay for, at a great location.

I was trying to call your hotel 21 times on 19/04/2025 to change my booking. The phone was never answered. One time I left a message and never got a return call. Then I could not leave further messages as the mailbox was full! This is unacceptable for a 24 hour reception not to answer the phone at some point during the day. I then booked at Ibis Olympic for 20/04/25. Then again on the morning of 21/04/25 I attempted to call and again no answer. I book thru the Accor app and to change my booking I had to call the hotel…. and then you never answer!!!!!!
