Location was perfect for what we needed, but unfortunately the services weren’t great. The beds had no stoppers so they rolled across the room when you barely moved in bed, the air conditioner was loud but didn’t cool the room at all, and the fridge was so loud I couldn’t sleep with it on.

Location was great for my visit, i don't have to use my car. It was walking distance for me.

At the initial stage, I was unhappy with the hotel given that my phone calls to upgrade my booking were unanswered by staff. However, meeting the staff at the check-in changed my negative perceptions about the hotel. The staff member I met was apologetic and caring. my booking was upgraded free of charge and later given the privilege to park my vehicle free of charge as well. My stay was great Thanks to the staff for the service.

I arrived about 2.10 PM. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. My room (539) was clean and all the furnishings and fittinģ, were in good condition and clean. The supermarket, Metro, was about 200 metres from the Hotel.
