Fire alarm went off just after arrival. we went out side but there was no clear direction from staff. Room was clean but shower tray stained and tired looking. Wanted meal but bar area was uninviting but No reply from room service so had to go to bar to order from limited menu. Resturant was closed?

Overall the stay was good but when we first entered our room (207) we were greeted with a section of the ceiling leaning up against the wall. I assume maintenance had been going on with the AC unit. I just replaced it and moved on. In the morning there was an issue with one of the other rooms and someone was drilling the lock out for some reason (hope everyone was ok)
