Very disappointing experience overall. I felt uncomfortable several times during my stay because of the way some staff members were looking at me. A blonde girl at the bar kept staring at me from head to toe, and a guy at breakfast was openly looking at my legs. I come from a country even more conservative than Turkey, yet tourists are treated with respect there regardless of what they wear — and I was not dressed in any inappropriate way. The worst part was with one of the housekeeping women. Around 4 hours before my check-out, I politely asked for a glass. There was no communication issue; I even showed her the glass inside the room. She said “okay” and told me to close the door until she came back, but she never returned. The only staff I truly appreciated were the night shift gentlemen, who were respectful, helpful, and professional

However, we truly regret that this approach caused you to feel uncomfortable in any way. Regarding your request for a glass, we are genuinely sorry for the service lapse you experienced. The fact that your request was not followed up on is certainly not reflective of the level of service we aim to provide. We also sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns and the room allocation experience you described, particularly as it affected your comfort and rest during your stay.
