The first time i stayed in this hotel was 2020, since then i come back every now and then for a staycation. This time was just different from the moment i parked infront of the hotel were the guy ran to the fancy car ahead of me rather than asking me if i needed help, then the check in dest were Ms. Cennet Buse left a very negative impression i was excited that after a week of full shifts as an emergency doctor i got to spend a joyful time with my kids. I started asking her questions but she expressed it clearly that she was bothered by my questions and kept interrupting me, at some point i told her that she was so impatient (sabirsiz) then she asked if i had any permission from the father to have my girls with me and this was a first time staying in 5 stars hotels all over Istanbul. I had to show her my name on the back of my Girl’s ID but her behavior was just disappointing and really a bad start to the staycation. 2. I went for iftar in the sabrosa restaurant and at the door they told me there is discount for hotel members but i paid full amount. 3. We tried the salt pool and it smelled like sewage it really smells like an actual toilet . Thank you

From the greeting at arrival to the farewell at departure - the whole experience was first class - so much so that we are returning in October for a short Winter break. Special mention to Ali on level 17 and Kira in Madhus Restaurant.

Checking in we got a room on the 18th floors, I got a nice birthday cake. After two 2 nights staying, problems with the air-conditioning and a terrible smell of sigarets. New room to 12th floor, less nice view, again problems with AC unfortunately.
