My wife and I stayed at the Swissotel in early February, and it was, without question, the finest hotel experience we have ever had. Every detail, from the exceptional hospitality and outstanding meals to the immaculate room, thoughtful gifts, and true five-star service, made our stay unforgettable. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family, and the consistent care from the staff made our visit especially meaningful. We would like to extend special thanks to Asli, Busra, and Nuray. Asli warmly introduced us to the hotel team, provided a wonderful tour of the property, arranged complimentary desserts and coffee, and recommended outstanding dining locations, including Madhu’s and the 16 Roof Bar. She also went above and beyond by helping my wife access a hotel computer to manage critical graduate school scheduling. Her generosity and professionalism truly represent the gold standard of service. Busra made every breakfast memorable. Each day she ensured we were well cared for, offering attentive service, friendly conversation, and helpful recommendations for must-see spots around Istanbul. She even organized a romantic pancake breakfast on our final morning. Her dedication, warmth, and exceptional work ethic made a lasting impression, and we are deeply grateful for her efforts. Nuray was equally outstanding. She ensured every aspect of our stay met the highest standard and thoughtfully arranged a VIP visit to the executive lounge, where we enjoyed coffee with a breathtaking view of downtown Istanbul. Words cannot fully express our appreciation for her kindness and hospitality.
