Room top cleaned, spacious and has a balcony. Location is perfect. Breakfast is great. Personnel, especially front office, are so kind and professional. Level of hospitality and accor awareness is perfect. Room for improvement: dinner food quality. Overall it was a memorable experience, thank you so much.

As an accor diamond, i consider myself to be a very spoiled traveller, i had hard time to decide for the hotel because price wise it is not big difference to a mercure. But i was surprised by the quality of their standards, kindness of the stuff, awareness to accor loyalty and benefits. The hotel itself is a 4 stars and really it was best first experience with ibis styles. Room was spacious and top cleaned, balkont is perfect, complimentary minibar was amazing with a good choice of soft drink and beer. Location was perfect for me and not far from airport Sabiha. People here and especially front office were extremely nice, and I was offered late checkout, complimentary tea while waiting for my flight. Excellent culture of hospitality, this is what you get when people love their business and care for their customers. Management is doing an excellent job. Breakfast was perfect with changing meals every day. Only room for improvement is the dinner, i was given burned bread with the soup, kofte is not really anywhere near the expected quality, tiramisu old, partially frozen and overpriced for the quality, but anyways it was just a little weakness in the pink picture. I will definitely visit the property again whenever i will be passing through Istanbul. Thank you for all the help, for your kindness and for making my stay into a memorable experience.

Stayed for a night with a friend. Honestly the room was so small- we had two single beds but they were almost connected. The sink was in the room, next to the door, yet the “compartment” for bathroom was adequately roomy enough for a sink. The shower was in another “compartment”. Can’t say the bathroom was a separate room because the area was divided with an opaque glass panel. It was a disappointment. The room service was fine, but we would’ve preferred that the kitchen was open until later hours. The sink was leaking but the reception fixed and replaced our towels asap. We were only there for accommodation for the night nothing more so it was adequate. Not the best stay ever but at least the room and bathroom were clean.
