This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Location is convenient for me, and room is good. However, I believe some improvements are needed for the staff at the reception and in the restaurant. I felt the same on the last two stays.

1. Although I used points during the booking process on the website to pay part of the amount, I was charged the full amount and was only able to receive a refund after some time. 2. The air conditioning in the room worked poorly, and the temperature would not drop below 23°C.

Air conditioning was not cool/cold, we had difficulty sleeping. This was very uncomfortable. The issue was raised to the reception since 1st night. At check in, no one was available to greet us and take our luggage. Staff and hotel were great.

Easy check in, though no room upgrade was available. The room is good. The breakfast is ok, but the breakfast at Novotel Bosporus where in was used to stay is far better.
