We stayed as a family of 4 in the connecting rooms offering a double bed room and 2 twin bed room. The room comes with plenty of bottled water to drink and more by simply asking for it. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We had sent a message prior to our arrival to confirm certain status benefits and all were agreed and confirmed. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Located right beside the Kabatas tram station, the Dolmabahçe Sarayı and the Beşiktaş Kartal Yuvası Stadyum!

We loved the hotel location, the room, its size, the view and the value for money. We did however face lots of maintenance issues from the first day and for 3 consecutive days. We had multiple issues with air-conditioning and the balcony door sensor. Even the balcony door itself had a problem, the good thing is that maintenance team were always there to support. Overall, team was very helpful from reception to valet parking guy to maintenance. Breakfast variety can also be improved. We will definitely come again when we visit Istanbul in future

The hotel itself was great, and everything seemed well organized and well prepared. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was disappointing. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, it looked like they only did a quick surface clean to make it appear clean. I put the "please clean" sign on the door the next day, but they didn't even replace the towels. The toilet also wasn't properly cleaned and again seemed like it was only wiped down enough to say it had been cleaned. This was the only part of my stay that didn't meet expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. checkin receptionist at night shift and bellman was polite.. room was below average, room amenities are very low quality... breakfast was way below average quality and quantity then many other competition.. in breakfast the hostes i think her name was su and a chef who makes the omlette black hair white color around 180cm that chef was super polite.. there is no staff in lobby, there was only one as when he went for break there was no one in lobby to order coffeee.. the toilets are good size room size is below average for the value. i did not like it to be honest and as well i did not get any call even to check if i am ok or not as being a platinum member.. i called reception couple times there was no answer, my phone always says that i have voice message (probably for the previous customer) but these needs to be checked. and i i informed reception about it but it was not cleared.. anyway; it wont be my choice again.. good luck.
