I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. Breakfast on the rooftop was a real highlight, offering a delicious selection of food along with a stunning view of the city. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

checkin receptionist at night shift and bellman was polite.. room was below average, room amenities are very low quality... breakfast was way below average quality and quantity then many other competition.. in breakfast the hostes i think her name was su and a chef who makes the omlette black hair white color around 180cm that chef was super polite.. there is no staff in lobby, there was only one as when he went for break there was no one in lobby to order coffeee.. the toilets are good size room size is below average for the value. i did not like it to be honest and as well i did not get any call even to check if i am ok or not as being a platinum member.. i called reception couple times there was no answer, my phone always says that i have voice message (probably for the previous customer) but these needs to be checked. and i i informed reception about it but it was not cleared.. anyway; it wont be my choice again.. good luck.

The glass shelf in the bathroom was completely unsecured. When I reached for an item, the glass fell off and cut my leg. After the incident, the hotel staff offered no apology whatsoever and refused to provide reasonable compensation. This hotel clearly has no awareness of safety standards, nor does it value or respect its guests. The entire experience was appalling. It is shocking that this property is marketed as a five-star hotel under Accor.

Dear Qiuming L., First and foremost, we are sorry to hear that you experienced an unfortunate incident during your stay. As soon as the matter was reported, our team promptly assisted the guest and provided basic first-aid supplies to ensure their immediate comfort. Following a thorough investigation, we would like to clarify that the glass shelf in question is part of the original bathroom design and is a built-in recessed glass shelf installed securely within the wall. The same design is featured in all 136 guest rooms at our hotel and has been in use without any recurring safety concerns. The shelf is specifically designed to hold guests' personal belongings and would not detach under normal use. Based on our assessment, such an incident could only occur if the shelf was subjected to an external force, whether accidentally or unintentionally, such as being struck or impacted. While we sincerely regret that the guest was inconvenienced and appreciate that the incident was upsetting, our investigation found no indication of a structural defect or negligence on the part of the hotel. Therefore, we do not believe that compensation would be appropriate in this case. Nevertheless, guest safety and satisfaction remain our highest priorities, and we have once again inspected the installation to ensure everything is in proper condition
