I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Artisan Istanbul MGallery, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like part of the family. The service was impeccable, and their attention to detail really stood out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with a touch of traditional Turkish charm. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the decor – it was elegant and stylish, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. Speaking of exploring, the location couldn’t be better! The Artisan Istanbul MGallery is in a prime spot, with plenty to see and do just a short walk away. The iconic Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque are only a 10-minute stroll, making it easy to immerse yourself in the rich history of Istanbul. If you're a fan of shopping, the Grand Bazaar is nearby, and there’s no better place to pick up unique souvenirs. For a relaxing afternoon, you can wander around Gülhane Park or enjoy the picturesque Bosphorus waterfront. The hotel's restaurant served some of the most delicious Turkish dishes I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend trying the local specialties. All in all, The Artisan Istanbul MGallery exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re visiting for the history, the food, or just to relax, this hotel is the perfect home base for your Istanbul adventure. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town. 10/10!

Front desk personnel needs to be well informed

I have to correct the front desk personnel on my minibar entitlement by showing him the room I booked for and free minibar - non alcoholic drinks. As he told me earlier I was not entitled and bla bla bla. Please beef up and know your stuff man!
