We were greeted with respect and kindness on arrival and got a free room upgrade. There was a lovely fruit bowl in our room which came in extra handy since we were tired arriving in the evening and this meant we didn't need to spend time getting fruit on arrival. The room was spectacular with plenty of refreshments. They provide plenty of free water bottles every day. We wanted to have coffee in their ground floor lounge one morning but they suggested we could have it on the rooftop restaurant with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus (This area is mostly for having meals, so we felt that they are going above and beyond to make our day more enjoyable, watching the sun rise.). The reception gave us extra useful information about changes to taxi/uber fees on our last day and took care of arranging for a taxi to the airport and helped with preparing the cash required to pay the taxi.
