In general, it was good. Pleasant and friendly staff. Nice room. The location is great. But the cleaning was not very good. When I arrived at the hotel, there was someone else's curly black hair on the floor. The terrace was not cleaned: not once during the 5 days of my stay. I left a tip on the bed, but even that didn't help. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We loved our first visit to Istanbul. The hotel was well located outside of the busy old town area, perfectly positioned for the Kabataş tram. The room and the view over the Bosphorus was excellent, as indeed was the view from the roof terrace restaurant. Food was ok but nothing special. Loved the dogs out the front….especially Sophia.
