I had a wonderful stay at The Artisan Istanbul. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The front desk staff, Osan, was very polite. Compared to the staff at the previous hotel I stayed at, she had a better understanding of the Accor membership program and explained everything clearly. He was also courteous and recommended some great restaurants nearby. Additionally, the male concierge on my first evening was also very polite. Although I didn't catch his name, he was a tall, young gentleman. He arranged for the items I needed for the room to be delivered very promptly. Thank you to your team for the wonderful hospitality.

Nicely appointed room, loved the Bosphorus view. My only issue was that the slope of the shower floor caused water to leak out on bathroom floor, and there was a mildew odor in the shower
