We spent two nights in your hotel - the first night we could not sleep at all because of the noise coming from the highway, we therefore asked to have a room with a view on th parking and not on the highway for our second night (which was going to take place one week later): the receptionist to whom we notify this took note of our wish and wrote it on her computer. The following week, we arrived in the evening, the receptionist was not listening when we asked if we got the room with a view to the parking, she just answered: yes, yes. We went up to the room and when we opened the curtains, we saw that we again got a room with a view on the highway. We went down to notify the receptionist who instead of assisting started to shout: what kind of a hotel is that where you have the receptionist (blond) shouting at the clients? It took us a while before we got another room: the key was not working and we had to notify her several times and she got "pissed off": what kind of behaviour is that in a hotel? At her place, we suggest to hire the young man who is working in the breakfast room: he is very polite and active.

THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN WITH ALL THE AMENITIES IN IT. HOWEVER, THE BREAKFAST AND DINNER SERVED WERE UNSATISFACTORY IN TERMS OF QUALITY OF FOOD. ALSO, MASSES OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS PASSENGERS FROM THE NEARBY AIRPORT WERE CONSTANTLY SWARMING TO THE HOTEL ALL DAY ROUND , MAKING THE FEEL OF STAY RATHER UNCOMFORTABLE.

Slowly returning to usual

My stay before this one was not as pleasant as my stays in the past. First of all, I had to pay for my stay on arrival. This was never the case before. When asking to do the payment on departure, it was simply ignored. The reason why I asked for payment on departure is that my schedule is continuously subject to change. It is for this reason that I always take the flexible rate for the room. This time the job went smooth and I could leave a day sooner. When I asked for a refund, it was told with a smile, 'you will not get your money back'. Again I had to protest against this and finally it was agreed the I will get a credit note. Needless to say that this procedure to return the money paid too much is difficult and for the hotel it means more work. I do not understand why the procedure is changed. The hotel has all my details and in the event I should leave without payment, you can simply take it from my credit card. Same for the restaurant, at first I was requested to pay when I asked for the bill. Only after my protest, it was charged to my room bill which was the usual way. My stay this time was as usual, on arrival I was waiting for others at the desk, but another person noticed me and presented me with my room key! In the restaurant problems were solved on the spot. On my (again) earlier departure everything was arranged as usual. I am a happy guest at this hotel again. Thanks!

Cigarette fumes are coming through air conditioning system, not pleasant for me as a non smoker. Paying at check out must be a mandatory option regardless of your past. Usually I'm in your hotel for few good days, unfortunately I never know exactly the departure date, therefore paying at check out is more convenient for me. As Platinum member and the fact that I'm returning every year should not be a problem for your hotel. Services at lobby bar, restaurant should have the option to be charged at room account, therefore I can pay at the end once with final invoice. Is disturbing to be asked to pay cash or credit card. Thank you.

I arrived in the evening During my diner / buffet I asked for more rice but I was informed that there were no more rice available. But generally it was okay.

I stayed 3 nights with my family and we enjoyed with the stay. During our stay, unfortunately, same problem happened as we had during our previous stay at the same hotel. The shower hose was leaking and it took a day to get someone to fix it. I visited 3 times reception desk and informed the cleaner lady and at the end of the day I found the hose and shower head dismantled and laid inside the shower place. After I informed again the reception, a person came and fixed it temporarily.

The staff has poor service level

They don´t understand what you are asking for or in which order things are to be done. For example: When ordering food, it mostly takes between 30-45 minutes before you get your food, that is overcooked/fried and without taste or not even the one you ordered, even though the menu card is in their native language (Turkish) and English. They do not know the difference in starteres og main course. It takes mostly between 15-20minues to get something to drink ? When they have served the food, then you will have to wait on the fork and knife to arrive, which should be there in advance. When you have to sign the bill it takes 15-20 minutes, even though there is only a few people in the restaurant. It ends up with that you skip the food there and walk to a restaurant in the city insted.
