The location and rooms were extremely clean, and I was very happy that Vera chose this hotel. I was originally booked at the Titanic, which was a disaster, but they switched me here and I couldn’t have been happier. Breakfast was good, though the items does get cold if you go closer to 9:30–10:00. Room service and staff were fantastic. Front desk especially the gentlemen that worke mornings spoke good English . Forgot his name both staff members one with glasses and one without were very helpful. Other than that, everything was great. I also booked a private tour—unfortunately, the driver took me to his brother’s store and we ended up spending most of the day shopping. It wasn’t bad and was actually fun, but I do wish I had been able to go inside the main sites. Overall, it was still a great experience.

The only thing that bothered was that you can't use the cooling regime on the climate system due to the "cold season". The room was really hot when I arrived.
