I felt I was well taken care of from the moment I checked in. It was great to have access to the spa, breakfast, pool, all the other amenities. We loved the design of the room and the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, and even in the sauna in our bathroom!

We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Istanbul. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and extremely comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the service. The staff were warm, professional and attentive throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely welcome.
We were traveling as a couple for a very special trip, and our time at Raffles became one of the highlights of our visit to Istanbul. The room, facilities, breakfast and overall atmosphere were excellent. We also really enjoyed the spa and the level of attention throughout the hotel.

Raffles Istanbul is a beautiful hotel, and the service was spectacular from the moment I stepped inside, immediately giving me that "holiday vibe." Checkin ran smoothly, and I was warmly escorted to my room. The best part? My room faced the Bosporus Bridge, offering incredible city and pool views all at once.
The breakfast was the absolute best top quality food, and despite being busy, it was still a lovely and enjoyable experience.

We had one of the best experiences at Raffles Istanbul. The service was superb and the rooms were beautiful clean and comfortable. Returning yet again to this outstanding establishment - I have found that over the 3 years i have been going there it is not the location , amenities , room quality and services that make a hotel. It is true that it helps , however at the Raffles i have found and I have been privileged to receive such authentic, polite, friendly , thoughtful and heartwarming gestures and rapport from ALL the staff that it has grown on me ! They are in my view the jewel of the Bosphore !!!!!

All the twice I stayed is a good chance for me.. but the last time there was a delay for my luggage that'S. annoying me otherwise all is perfect.
