We were booked in to this hotel by Happy Smiles Clinic in January and returned in May for the second part of our treatment. We requested the clinic to book us in to this hotel as we were so impressed the first time around. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffet caters to every taste and the restaurant food is excellent and reasonably priced. We also visited the spa which was very relaxing - often having the entire place to ourselves. The staff are friendly and helpful - we cannot fault this hotel at all and have recommended two other people attending the clinic to stay there.

Staff were polite and friendly , hotel was clean ,breakfast was amazing,something for every nationality was available . My only issue was my room stunk of cigarette smell from the previous occupant , this was not the hotels fault however housekeeping should report this to their manager when they are cleaning the rooms and leave a window open to air the room , as I had to air the room for over a day to get rid of the smell and it was making me sneeze and hurting my nostrils .
