While our reception team is fluent in English, we understand that limited English proficiency among other team members may have caused inconvenience, especially when placing orders. Please rest assured that we are continuously working on improving our team’s language skills to enhance our guests’ comfort. Regarding your ALL – Accor Live Limitless status points, we would like to clarify that points are normally credited automatically after an eligible stay and do not require manual entry. However, as you mentioned that this issue has occurred more than once in your case, we will investigate why your stays are not being updated automatically and take the necessary actions to prevent this from happening again.
