It was a night of booking, as I know accor hotels over many years and stayed at their hotels quite many times, I just wanted to pick this hotel this time. Its location is great, hotel staff have a very positive vibe, breakfast is amazing... What else could I ask? :) I will come back again!

Not for publishing! I don't think you want it public either so... 😉 As said, mostly on room. Your wifi was very bad (even in middle of night..) (I had to buy a big bundle anyway, so not a big issue, just mentioned it (I am sure you hear it tho. But as said no biggie for me). Room service part strange. I bought youghurt 2 days in a row, first day it cost over 400 lire which I thought was a pretty expensive, but didn't think much of it as I also found restaurant kinda expensive (I ate also late, maybe why food was not really hot), but 20€ ish for a doner that didn't compete with the one of my local doner kiosk where a hot and very good cost 7.50 (I expected it would taste better, it is a Turkish dish? And on q restaurant. I got fries with it which was good (and I don't buy my local one with, so less difference in price) I am not complaining about price, I guess I ate lare and probably expected cheaper restaurant than in Netherland.. But back to youghurt. I ordered it again next day and now it cost under 300 lire, exact same (maybe different fruit taste, but same amount! ) Very strange! I did order the first one from someone close to restaurant, maybe that's why, but it was room service anyway (as I got same when calling down. But totally, I found it a nice hotel, which I usually don't care much about, as when travelling I use hotel only to sleep on. Here tho I had tooth surgery, so I only was outside hotel when at dentist. So I was mostly at room and found it satisfying. (I didn't order and I have a deal with dentist in Netherlands, but he ordered a night to much, but that is not my problem! I hope he order same amount next time because then I shall stay what he ordered this time! 😉🤡

All in all we had a pleasant stay in the hotel, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. I especially liked the variety of breakfast including plenty of fresh options. On the negative side i would mention the wifi, it was working terribly, continuously disconnecting and having low signal in the room. Also need to mention the conditions in the spa's steam room. When we entered we could immediately smell a bad smell and saw a lot of mold. This is not only an unpleasant experience but a serious health issue.

It was an amazing experience, Reception very helpful, The room was very big and clean, Breakfast was good and 5 minutes wall from Shopping centre, I really recommend this hotel and I will come again for sure!
