Overall it's ok. The things that bother me is the constant disturbance. You have a house keeping button for a reason. So there is no need to knock on the door to check if I need it. After that, another staff member comes to check the mini bar. The third person is the house keeping supervisor. Also the reception calls after 8pm to check if everything is ok and if I'm enjoying my stay, and that's not ok. The last thing is the TV channels selection, it needs some improvement. English movie and documentary channels will be great. I'm still staying here till the 19 th of December.

-Food was terrible. I ate in the a la carte restaurant 2 times in the evening. Food was very very bad. They managed to give me cold Food 2 times as Well. -I love turkish cuisine So big big dissapointment that the good was so bad. -restaurant staff had absolutely zero idea what they were doing. They were friendly but they never served in a restaurant before. -worst Breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. Almost nothing was good. Tasteless eggs, disgusting meats, hard and dry bread, absolutely terrible. -room was clean but shower water was not running away and made a mess in the bathroom. -door to the terrace did not close properly. Since Istanbul is very windy, there was a lot of wind noises the entire time. -television in room did not work: no Netflix, no disney +, no Amazon prime,… only local turkish cable. Absolutely terrible for International tourists. -worst wifi I ever had in a hotel. Almost never worked. -worst hotel experience I Ever had. Only thing positive was friendly staff.

Nice room and clean hotel with great staff

I spent just one night there but I was very pleased. In particular, I arrived late but the bar was still open and the bartender told me he'd stay for as long as there were customers, so he was more than happy to have some food made for me. It was great to hear this, because I was so hungry after driving for several hours. I will definitely consider this hotel again when I visit Istanbul in the future.

Traffic bad next by hospital, breakfast also not so much choices and taste but over all bedding is clean daily and staffs are friendly. Pricing is good, hot water in the shower are very unstable on and off hot and cold.
