I have stayed in December 2019 in the same hotel and rooms were in better shape. This time in December 2021 the room i was in the carpet was worn out and smells. Location also was very convenient for me. Room and customer service were exceptional. Overall, i am Satisfied and will come back again.

smoke smells in non smoke room. worst room is arrange via yakala.co ticket 2 person room but only one person coffee, tea etc

A kind of a mixed bag if i have to be honest. Not the hospitable service you would expect from other Mercures. I asked for phone charger - reception saif NO WE DONT HAVE i asked for milk - NO WE DONT HAVE i asked for an umberella - no we dont have. Next day i got to reception and ask this girl for a charger and she replied of course sir here you go. I ask this guy for umberella he says no we dont have, i ask why? He says we dont have thats all. So i say well this will be great to put on a review. Next thing you know he gives me a fantastic umberella! The one person i have to say pulled your score up for you and my stay has to be the cleaner on the night. What a FANTASTIC FANTASTIC GENTLEMAN 100% applaud him Location for my interests wqs not great but thats just for my interests.

Hospitable and very kind staff, clean and large rooms. Breakfast is great, foods are fresh. Location is fine for public transportation. This hotel is very cost effective. It is very suitable for families.

A very nice hotel. Pity the team at the reception doesn’t deserve to work in the Accor Group. At the restaurant it’s even worst. And the cleaning lady did our room 1 day on 4 ! Don’t ask me why !

Hotel room is not soundproof and i can't sleep well due to 3 boys noising until 11:30 nigth for 3 nights.I can't get much help from front desk because they don't know much about public transportation.Hotel breakfast is not good at all and coffee taste is terrible and not enoug hot foods.

Expecting different from Mercure hotels

it's not a standard of Mercure service I usually expect worldwide. Front desk personnel in different shifts was not following the promises to feedback on car arrangements with credit card termianl and breakfast. Needed to solve issues myself.

If you need to be located iN Asian side, perfect to stay here. Very near from metro-bus station in Altunizade (easy 10´walk to the hotel´-15´with baggage). 1 hour distance to airport with metro + metro bus connection

location is great for asian side room was nice and enjoyed an upgrade, thanks staff was mostly nice but forgot to wake me up at 8H30am as requested breakfast staff wanted to recharge me for breakfast and i had to prove them that was included in my prepaid booking a bit surprised no to receive any welcome fruit basket or sweets in accordance to my accor gold member status no remote control found in the room, did not bother to call by midnight..... overall good stay but premise needs to improve and communicate better
