Service was polite and friendly throughout and the hotel was really clean across all areas. Location is really good within Bomonti. As a gold member, I couldn't receive an upgrade due to my room type however nothing else was offered, such as a free breakfast one morning, for example. Only one coffee in the room for two people staying was quite poor. Gym was very hot with the pool nextdoor. Pool was very small though the gym equipment was excellent.

This hotel is the best hotel to stay in the Bomonti area with very kind, friendly and problem-orientated staff. I stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. I want to thank the staff and especially thank Mr. Orhan, Mr. Gökçe and Mr. Yusuf during this stay for helping us. There were no big problems, even the smallest problems (which were literally small), they helped us so well that we actually gained an advantage out of it. For example, we got free complimentary drinks after our food wasn't tasty enough. Even though we didn't ask and want for those drinks. The staff insisted us to grab one because they felt guilty about the food. This hotel is really worth the price for staying in Istanbul. The cleanliness is also top tier! Thank you for everything!

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Istanbul Bomonti. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast had a good selection, and the location was convenient for getting around Istanbul. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience and we would happily stay again.
