We had an amazing stay at Novotel Istanbul Bomonti and can truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. What really made our stay special were Akin and Izzet. They were always extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. No matter what we needed, they were there with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. The rooms were very clean, modern, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The view from the room was also beautiful and added an extra touch to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the atmosphere. We did not feel like typical guests in a hotel, but rather like we were at home. That kind of feeling is rare and shows how much effort the staff puts into their service. Because of this wonderful experience, we will definitely come back again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

This place is getting better and better after each of my visit. A year or so since its been opened but it has improved a lot! Even friendlier and more caring staff, more diverse choices at the bar, classes at the gym and amazing massages. I also look forward to using the gym next time I am there!

I stayed for 5 nights and spent most of that time in the hotel due to a medical procedure. Positives: -All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone at reception, breakfast, anyone that came to my door and all via my room telephone. -Breakfast was great each day. Lovely variety of foods, including many local foods and fresh fruit. -Room was very comfortable and well-equipped. Negatives -Pool area and rooftop were both under active construction. While this is only inconvenient for my stay, I was shocked that both were open and easy to access, not closed and locked. -I ordered room service twice. Once, the "sauteed beef" where the meat was overcooked and too chewy/hard. -Design position of the fridge and safe is not good. The safe gets HOT inside due to the fridge being immediately below it with no ventilation/space. Not a good environment to keep electronics, passport, etc.
