It was a very nice stay at Novotel Bomonti. I would like to thank all the staff — they were very helpful and kind, especially at the spa. Mr. Mehmet assisted me and opened the pool in the morning, which I truly appreciated. The sauna was wonderfully hot, which is quite rare for Turkish hotels where it tends to be rather warm. The early check-in was also arranged without any issue, which made the arrival much more comfortable. The only feedback I would like to leave is regarding the room equipment. It would be great to have a shoehorn available, as well as towel hooks in both the bathroom and the toilet. These are small details, but they would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience — thank you to the whole team!
