I am very satisfied with this hotel and its services, I have been coming to this hotel every month for about two years and I feel like I am at home. The hotel is very clean and has very professional staff. I am especially happy with the lounge services, Mr. Murat ,Onur Mr. Seven Altay and Ms. Irem Tekin are always helpful From management staff to restaurants MR. Tanju, Mr. Yunus Emre Ms. Esra to massage Ms. Burcu services I have always received good services. I even brought my dog to this hotel and they were very kind to my son Thank you for this wonderful hotel that is relaxing like home for me.

Irem Tekin She is an absolutely wonderful and exceptionally kind person with an amazing and loving personality. Her manners are impeccable, and I feel so fortunate to have had the chance to interact with someone like her. When I wasn’t feeling well with a cold, she went out of her way to make tea for me every single time, showing such thoughtful care. She was always cheerful, smiling, and radiating positivity. People like her, with such a remarkable and caring nature, are truly invaluable, and every effort should be made to cherish and appreciate them.

From the minute we arrive at you hotel, we were treated like family, and our every requirement was addressed expeditiously.
