I selected this hotel primarily for its location, as I only had 24 hours during a transit stay. The front office staff delivered excellent customer service throughout. The club lounge was fantastic, and the suite was even larger than my apartment, offering stunning views of the Bosphorus, Istanbul, and Aya Sofya in the distance. The food and beverage options in the club lounge were outstanding and delicious, and the breakfast spread offered an excellent variety. My only suggestion for improvement would be the café service, as I had to follow up a few times to receive my coffee.

The hotel is exceptionally well located to the medical facilities. Hotel staff very warm and welcoming. The housekeeping staff, breakfast team and spa were great with the service.
