Our room, the staff and the breakfast were 5-stars. However, the lobby with doors that open to the indoor smoking salon filled the lobby with cigarettes smoke and smell. Because of this, unless you change your design or policy, I would not recommend this hotel to non-smokers. It was just horrible! Otherwise a fantastic property in all other aspects.

Hotel facilities is very good also located in heart of Istanbul Romm is super clean with good view but staff was not nice and some of them especially in reception talks with arrogant way if I don't want to deposit you don't have to remove drinks from my minibar you just told me you don't have access to it Removing drinks from my minibar isn't a good gesture it's an insult because I can buy tons of them
