We had iftar as a family. The menu was great, very delicious. The service staff was superb. Especially Ms Esranur and Ms Ezgi have both been very helpful. The iftar will become a tradition for us, as we already made plans to revisit with the extended family.

Great service. Specially Onur, Seven and Irem at the Gold Lounge went above and beyond to make our visit a joyful memory. Very helpful and always hospitable. Ozan at concierge did a great job at finding a fabulous bouquet of roses for a Valentine's gift.

Very quiet and peaceful place. The morning buffet at Stations is very good, the food is fresh, lots of variety, and many other options available off the menu. Baran and Onur and all the staff were very helpful and friendly, 100% would visit again.

I have stayed in this Fairmont a few times. I like coming back because the service is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and it is a little more quiet than some of the other hotels in Istanbul. The rooms are elegant, and the staff pay attention to little details, such as doing turn down on the side of the bed you sleep on, providing sweet treats in the room, and letting you choose the type of pillow that you like. The bedding is extremely soft and the bathrooms are modern and high-end. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. The concierge in the Gold Lounge, a gentleman named Seven, is very kind and keen on making sure you have great service. The breakfast staff are also amazing. On this trip, Baran and Onur took very good care to make sure I had great service and suggested many new items that they had specially made based off of what they knew I liked. The Fairmont is by far the best value for a high-end hotel in Istanbul. I highly recommend!
