The stay was excellent, I also tried the spa and the pool is great. The location is good but there is not much around the hotel, the hotel itself is amazing and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is near the Metro station. Even if it is difficult to drive over there due to traffic, you can use the metro to go everywhere in Instanbul. Crew were very helpful, they were assisting us when need it. Clean rooms, many activities inside, nice breakfast and nice view.

Hard night in the Fairmont

So, I’ve been checking in at the evening of 17th of November. Check in was exhausting as I didn’t have my credit card with which I paid for the accommodation. So finally I was compelled to pay by my cash. Night manager took some care of me and accompanied this situation. This hotel was the last on my way home. At the moment I haven’t get refund to my credit card. Room was good enough. Nice in bath rose toiletries. Great slippers. Spectacular city view out of my window. I didn’t walk outside the hotel but the location seems remote from the most points of interest. My flight was in 5 am so I checked out at 00-30 am. I slept for an hour so I found the linens and pillows comfortable and fluffy. Taxi was ok. The driver brought me to the shuttle bus little bag I forgot in the cab. Thanks for that. I haven’t been boarded for my flight due the documents problem so I experienced a night at the airport and great problems with cash. This cash I paid again for my accommodation. Hopefully I had very last money left to buy the ticket to Moscow and then for the train to Saint-Petersburg. Finally I’m at home. I’m waiting for the refund to my credit card!

Staff is awesome. The restaurant is nice. The gym was clean and new. The location is good. The room inspection prior to check in seems like is not doing enough, the wall plug was broken. The carpets didn't smell good. The curtain rails weren't working. Two small water bottles are not enough. During booking i remember seeing a bath tub that's why i chose this hotel but to my disappointment i found a shower. I remember booking a skyline with the phosphorus view, anyhow that was not the case when i checked in. Coffee machine not working not grinding Overall i am less satisfied but not the best experience. Quick to take money but slow to provide the best service.

As we all know the hotel is well situated and easily reachable from all over Istanbul, Some of the guys working in the structure are really friendly they deserve some nice words. Spa ladies were friendly and the time spent there was nice and pleasant, especially some of the guys at the Reception counter are really insipid! It's like they don't understand what you are asking or they don't want to understand you... The noise coming from the street is a problem of the structure, even if we were on the 32 floor still was loud during the night.
