This is a lovely hotel in a convenient spot for the CBD. The rooms are modern and well appointed. Breakfast (downstairs) is awesome. I booked a gold room with access to the gold lounge. I'm not sure if the bedroom is any different, but it was nice to have access to the lounge which also had a lovely breakfast. I was however disappointed that when I brought a few colleagues in for a cup of tea and brief meeting in the gold lounge (some of them were staying at the hotel).. the lounge staff were insistent on charging them €50 each! That's the most expensive cup of tea ever... Given I had personally paid about €400 for the use of the lounge over 6 days I found it incredibly rude. I certainly won't be booking a gold room again if I ever stay at this hotel.

Very clean and outstanding service very helpful staff come out of there way to help you. Mr A. was very helpful and the reception gave me good advice for shopping and places to go around Istanbul as it was my first time. Defiantly recommend this hotel . 5 star and would not consider staying anywere else in Istanbul perfect views. See u soon as i will be booking in soon with family. Thanks for good perfect service. It was good. There was a bad smell in the room. The room service helped for it after sometime. The cleanliness is so so. The meals were good. I can evaluate the hotel as average. I don't say it is a better the best hotel I have ever stayed. The meals can be delicious. It was a windy day when I stayed in the hotel and I can hear the sound of the wind in the room. The technology was really good, everything was electronic.

I enjoyed my stay at Fairmont Istanbul very much. The hardware of the hotel is at top quality. The staff are nice and helpful. The only thing that I see improvement is the Gold lounge. There are too few choices of food and beverages at the lounge, no matter the breakfast or the happy hour. If it is just any other hotel, then the lounge quality is OK. But for Fairmont Gold lounge, I think it is not as good as I expected.

Room quality was top notch, guest relations were impeccable. As a pedestrian it is impossible to find the entrance, there should be clear signs of where the front door is. No filter coffee was disappointing. Overall close to perfect stay.

The hotel faculty are so nice, warming your arrival and really kind. The romms are so beautiful and clean. The bed was fantastic with great new pillows and excellent matress. Fantastic breakfast buy the only thing that needs to help the the breakfast service when we order. I waited too long for a coffee twice.

The gold lobby is very beautiful and the services in it are acceptable, but the reception services for the gold are not distinguished, the gold staff in particular and the hotel staff in general need more training on cheerfulness, good reception of the customer and satisfying his desires and requests. And you have two great examples of employees: (ms. omnia and ms. udygu) They made our stay in the Gold Lobby very enjoyable and they raised the place's rating and they are better to upgrade and manage the place.

Excellent. The hotel is piece of art.excellent room service.one thing i wasnt happy about was water pressure in shower.Hopefully it will improve .the hotel smells amazing. Gret customer service. Great security system. The security guys make sure customers ride taxis safe.
