While the property itself is good, our experience was below expectations (after having stayed at other premium accor properties worldwide). Our check in process did not even offer a glass of water, let alone a welcome drink. The staff was confused about restaurant opening hours. We were told the restaurant (Ukiyo) was open for lunch, and when we got there 2 minutes later, the manager said it was closed. Our dinner on the second night in the same restaurant was also mismanaged. Both appetizers and mains arrived at the same time! We were sitting outside, but the restaurant had only ONE heater for the entire outdoor area. When I returned my main and asked for it to be sent after the appetizer was done, I had to wait another 10-15 minutes after finishing my appetizder for the main to arrive.

The reception agent who checked me in expressed his warm hospitality with professional arrangements. This made me feel at home and could spent the rest of my stay at your good accommodation relaxed. His arrangement for my breakfast box upon check out was well exceeded my expectation. Wonderful.
