Thanks a lot for all the small details and care your team took for our stay, it was truly a joy staying with your hotel once again. I loved that your staff was proactive - before the stay, via email, Ms Hilal and Mr Bora were kind to ask me if I needed anything and were accommodating of my requests. I loved the fact that check in was quick and the room was ready, with my requests taken care of. The nazar 🧿 eye souvenir with the personal note was so beautiful as a gift. Loved the note from the manager as well. The breakfast staff were amazing… Ms Gozde, Mr Hasan, and the team were so warm, so friendly and so nice to us… special thanks to Ms Gozde for going the extra mile with the amazing turkish coffee. The housekeeping lady Mrs Hawwa (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was so helpful everyday, did a stellar job. Special thanks also to the staff incharge of valet parking at the entrance, they were always so kind and so quick in getting the car in the cold, we never had to wait long. Overall I’d say your team is amazing, your hotel location is amazing, and your service is superb. Keep up the great work you’re all doing!!!
